2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Direct Gulf Front, Top Unit, End Unit, Corner Unit
Stunning views from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Location, location, location! Literally right on the beach, you will not find many, if any, condo buildings this close to the blue, gulf waters. When laying in the master bedroom bed, you feel like you are right in the water, almost like being on a cruise ship in the Caribbean.
Pool available for your use next door at our sister property, just a very short walk away. Beach chairs always available for use (free). A very short walk to shops, dining and Publix shopping center.
Full sized washer and dryer in laundry room.
We are Unit 21 at the Beachcomber II.
Both bedrooms have king beds. We will have extra sleeping in the master closet (not a bedroom and is not cooled but works nice for a dark sleep space for someone who can fit on a twin mattress)
Maximum of 4 guest allowed. No pets.
We are on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. It is one flight of steps to get to our unit.
Strict NO SMOKING policy also. Wifi available. Large flat screen TVs in master bedroom and living room with cable TV. Second bedroom also has a TV for DVD watching (no cable channels).
Owner is easy to text with for questions. Or certainly call at your pleasure.

About Courtney Tetterton
We are from Atlanta, GA and fell in love with Longboat Key
Courtney Tetterton purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Courtney Tetterton chose Longboat Key
Longboat Key is a little piece of paradise. You're close to action in St Armand's Circle or downtown Sarasota, but the tranquil, quiet days on the beach on Longboat Key are so peaceful and perfect.

A beautiful and healing spot.....inside and out
This is the perfect place to have a retreat from all the pressures of daily life. The unit is private, comfortable, well appointed and convenient to all stores. The ocean views from the master bedroom and living area are spectacular. The morning sun and the evening sunsets provide constant beauty.
Five steps to the beach is true!
The views and the beach were exceptional. The condo was very comfortable and pretty, with a blue and white color scheme. The floor plan gave both couples privacy, but had a large and convenient common area. The best part was the balcony and the views from the master
suite. I would go back tomorrow if I could!
Wonderful Beach vacation!
We just got back to MN from a wonderful beach vacation at this beautiful condo in Longboat Key. We have stayed at a few beach condo's in Florida and this has been our favorite. Courtney (the owner) was so helpful and accommodating to us before and during our trip. We were arriving very late when we first got there and she made sure that everything would go smoothly for us as we were arriving @ 2AM. She also gave us great tips for where to eat, sightseeing and the area in general. The condo itself was very spacious and clean and beautufully decorated. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the linens/towels were great quality. The beach itself was private and not at all crowded. We had beach chairs for our use and the pool at the condo building next door was open to us. We couldn't have had a nicer vacation and we are so grateful. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Peace!
Wonderful, peaceful, relaxing Florida get away.
Just spent a lovely month at this beautiful condo with amazing views. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. If you love the beach this condo is on a quiet section of the gulf. You couldn't find a more peaceful spot.
Charming, great amenities
Stayed for a girl's trip celebrating a special birthday. Unit is top floor of a two floor, four unit building, called Beachcomber II. It is next to the large Beachcomber building where you use the pool. The unit is very nicely decorated and has a wonderful balcony. It is well stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, laundry detergent... I believe housekeeping has been instructed to leave those non-perishable items in the unit that are left from guests which makes it feel as if you are staying in someone's home rather than a place that is stripped after every set of guests and you then have to stock everything. (Along those lines, we did have to buy toilet paper as we got low mid week, which we gladly left for the next guests.) The temperature was easy to regulate once we figured it out. The floor plan is very open and comfortable and was perfect for our group gathering. We only turned a TV on once, but they are nice large ones. There are beach chairs in front and next door for your use. An advantage to the tall building next door is the shade it casts. I didn't see umbrellas, but realized that one can set up chairs on the edge of the shade-sun and follow the sun to satisfy all. The Publix is very close, walking distance. We had a rental car to go to restaurants, the aquarium, kayaking.
One item I wished for was blinds on the MBR window. There are cute curtains that do not close to cover the window and since there is no door on the sink area or the shower/tub beyond, I felt very exposed taking a shower directly in line with the large MBR window. I adapted and took showers without turning on the lights and had a ready towel and robe. Also at night, reading in bed with a light I felt a bit exposed. I am not sure someone could see in; I kept saying I was going to look some evening but clearly it didn't bother me enough to remember to check!
I would absolutely rent here again. All four of us loved the unit. Courtney was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
What a beautiful condo. Description and pictures are 100% spot on. The condo was clean, well stocked, quite, and very comfortable. Longboat Key is beautiful and St. Armand's circle is just a 5 minute drive. We recommend eating (on the covered patio) at the Dry Dock Restaurant. The atmosphere, service, and food is 5 star, and the prices are reasonable. Courtney is delightful and so easy to work with. We'll definitely book again.
