2127 Larimer Street: Something Different– is a private loft located in Denver’s Historic Ballpark District. A former boarding house and brothel built in 1893; it was recently renovated into commercial and residential lofts with a large private rooftop deck. The versatile spaces are designed to entertain guests in a striking combination of historic architecture coupled with modern amenities. Guests on the roof deck enjoy a panoramic view of the city while they lounge and mingle in the lavish open-air space. The spaces feature Jatoba hardwood and natural stone floors, exposed brick walls, and natural light throughout.
It is available to rent as studio space for photography and video shoots, dance, and yoga, for meetings, intimate private events, and for short-term lodging. The private loft is in a historic building and is accessible by a private 24-step staircase and the roof deck by an additional 26-step staircase. There is no elevator.
The private loft includes a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and full bathroom for up to four guests. An adjacent bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom is available for an additional private sleeping space for up to two guests.
For an additional fee, a large Studio and Rooftop deck are available. An onsite event manager will assist with planning your stay/event and refer catering, entertainment, rental and other services. Onsite tables, chairs, linens, A/V equipment, and other equipment are available (additional fees may apply).
Guests will be greeted in person when you arrive to make introductions, give a quick tour, answer any questions you may have, and to provide door codes and keys.
There is a bus stop 1/2 block away on 22nd Street.
Parking is available on the street or in paid parking lots. Street Parking is $1 per hour (2 hour limit), free on Sundays and Holidays.
