About the owner: Jolene and Tracy are both native Tucsonans. Tracy grew up on a small horse ranch in the Tucson Mountains about a mile from the Saguaro Ranch Hideaway. We both love the outdoors especially the Sonoran Desert Tracy started working construction right out of high school, using the hands on skills and common knowledge he learned as a kid working around the ranch to move up thorough the ranks. In 1996 he started his own contracting and development company. He has an intimate knowledge of Tucson and sounding areas. Jolene grew up on the eastside of Tucson and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. She loved spending her youth hiking and camping around southern Arizona with her family. Let us show you around and introduce you to Tucson!
Why the Owner Chose Tucson, AZ, USA:
The Tucson Mountains were developed with low density in mind. There are very few properties smaller than 3 acres therefore the traffic is considerably less and the wildlife more abundant due to the low impact.
