The 2-bedroom penthouse L333 at The Charter is a large condo offering a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and Aveda amenities. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a second bathroom with Aveda amenities. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room allows space for up to 6 guests per unit. This condo features a baby-grand piano, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Above the Fireplace is a large screen TV hidden behind a mirror - and designed to project through the mirror. Additional in-unit amenities include a washer and dryer, TV in each bedroom, cable, complimentary high-speed internet access, and a phone with voicemail and dataport. The fully equipped kitchen comes with major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more. Great space, needs some items fixed, the charter staff has gone downhill
Took both showers over 8 min to warm up with hot water., maid service would either come in everyday when told not to come into our condo or the day and one and only day we asked them to come in all they did was into the garbage. The freezer flooded the kitchen floor the first night we were there they finally put a new seal around the freezer yet we still had no ice for the eight days we were there. The piano needed tuning. Although beautiful and the pictures the penthouse was a bit tired when it came to the age of the decor. Overall nice a lot of space wasted but good for entertaining. Kitchen was not as large as we thought it was. No matter how many times we turned down the heat or how low it was very hot in there during the night. Also the windows in the rooms would not close fully and lock.
