Everything you need is included in this unit. The master bedroom has a beautifully remodeled and updated in suite bathroom. A french door will take you to the screened back patio. The guest room has a sliding glass door on to patio as well. Beautifully remodeled hall bathroom includes a tub with shower. All kitchen items, linens, a washer and dryer and dishwasher are all up to date and in good working order. The living room includes a leather pull out sofa and two sitting chairs with a coffee table and end tables. A television and basic cable service is also included in the living room and both bedrooms. Expanded channels and Wifi are available for an additional monthly fee. Just ask and we can add it for you!

About Shellie Sevor

My husband and son are native Floridians. I moved to Cocoa Beach in 1987. My husband and I were married in 2000 and live in Orlando. We purchased the condo so that we would have a place to stay on the weekends during the summer. We also became Offshore Charter Boat Operators and continue to charter offshore fishing trips from Port Canaveral during the season.

Why Shellie Sevor chose Florida Central East

We chose this property as our summer home because it is five minutes from the Port. The grounds of the condominium are well looked after and have mature tropical plants galore. I love looking out the kitchen window at the beautiful hibiscus blooms and the other beautiful palms and oaks. The property management is top notch and keeps the property clean and quiet. It is convenient to everything. Its an hour drive from Orlando and we enjoy being able to fish all day and have a nice place to stay overnight. A ground floor unit makes the pool a few steps away from the unit and is a great place to cool off after a hot day in the sun. After a dip in the pool we can throw on some flip flops and go have a wonderful fresh seafood meal at the Port or stay home and cook up our own fresh catch if we are so inclined. We have a young son who enjoys the mini golf course and go cart track just up the street too.There is always something to do or you can just take it easy and enjoy the cool sea breeze in the evenings. Since we can't use it as often as we would like it made sense to us to offer it for rent during the Winter months for those who are looking for a warm refuge.

What makes this condo unique

The convenient location, a corner unit on the ground level that gives us great views of lush vegetation really caught our eye. We can open all the windows and let the sea breeze flow throughout the unit. All tile floors means minimal clean up and keeps dust to a minimum. Two newly remodeled bathrooms really give the place a nice touch. The unit is decorated with a nautical theme and is just a laid back place that you can't help but feel like you are in the islands.

Nice Condo in a great area

Condo was very comfortable, Shellie is great to work with and was very responsive and helpful. Beautifully maintained condo complex with friendly neighbors and ideal for pets. Beach is a few blocks away, lots of restaurants at the Port and in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Close to everything but far enough from the main road to be quiet.

Located five minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals. You are also a bike ride away from the beach. The Cocoa Beach Pier is five minutes by car. There is a trolley line that runs up and down A1A to take you from Cape Canaveral to Cocoa Beach. The convenience of being .5 miles away from A1A as the means you have easy access to the Orlando International Airport and that you can easily travel to any of the attractions in Orlando for a day trip. The Brevard County Zoo is a wonderful place to visit and is only 45 minutes south. The World Famous Ron Jon's Surfshop is a ten minute car ride. The Banana River is steps away from the unit. There just isn't much you can miss from this location. Whether its hanging out at the beach, boating, fine dining or spending time with friends poolside, its all right here. All other activities that may be on your list such as Daytona Beach or St. Augustine are a little more than an hour's drive away.

600.00 deposit to be paid within ten days of signing rental agreement. Full rate to be paid within one week of beginning occupancy. The deposit will be deducted from the total due but it is non-refundable.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
