About Mansour Taeed
My wife , Afee and I have been together for over 35 years. Graduates of UC Berkeley, we got married in the beautiful Rose Gardens. We have lived in Bay Area for last 30 years and have raised 3 wonderful children. We love the outdoor and our town and love to meet new people with different backgrounds and culture.
Mansour Taeed purchased this Apartment in 2002

The property was lovely and very comfortable.
The space was quite adequate for 2 people who prefer their own sleeping space. It was very clean and had everything we needed for 3 days. I would love to stay again, but for 2 nights instead of 3, for an upcoming trip in the fall. I hope that is a possibility.
A clean, private flat and great landlord
I travel to the bay area very often for work - having stayed in many hotels and flats and having had very bad experience from a airbnb flat in Berkeley, I have to say that this flat is a very pleasant place and above average quality. Just as other reviews said that it is small but it has everything you need. It is said to the be a garden flat but is not at the very bottom of the house and because of the high location you can see golden gate bridge on the door step. Most importantly the landlord and landlady are very friendly and professional. They are great people who would be happily solve problems for the guests. I enjoyed my stay there very much; the flat is part of the house but very private as it has its own entrance from the side. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, I would definitely like to come back and stay here again for my next visit if it's available.
Clean and Pleasant
A bit of a tight space, but quite sufficient. Very clean and well organized. The owners are friendly and always there when you need them. There was no off street parking, but it wasn't needed as there was plenty of street parking right in front. Great neighborhood!
This is a small but very efficient, tidy space in the Berkeley Hills. The apartment is near public transportation (65/67 bus) and a short car ride to Cal, downtown Berkeley, Albany/El Cerrito. We were looking for a place in this neighborhood in order to be near my folks house and it turned out to be around the corner. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, and extra bed (single) in the living area. It would be perfect for a single or couple with a child. We were 3 adults and it was comfortable for us. Mansour provides everything you need including a nice welcome basket of goodies, coffee, tea, etc., robes and nice towels. He was an attentive and responsive host. The next time we are visiting I hope the place is available.
Cozy, clean, convenient
Cozy one bedroom apartment made very welcoming by onsite owners. In best neighborhood in Berkeley, with breath-taking views standing at the entrance looking out to the bay and across to San Francisco.
We had an amazing vacation
The condo was nice and just as described. Close to all the places we wanted to visit.
