Wonderful condo in West Molokai
The pictures truly don't do this condo justice. It's remodeled and updated with all the conveniences you could need on vacation, and incredibly well-appointed and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools (even spices!) to ensure you can cook any and all your meals on-site if desired. Beds are comfy, view was great. Can't say enough good things about this place - and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. It's a short walk to the beach, where you can see some of the most amazing sunsets. I'm personally not a fan of staying in condos while on vacation (prefer standalone homes), but this unit was perfect for what we needed and we had plenty of privacy.
We are very happy that you had a great stay and look forward to having you stay again. Thanks for leaving the condo in great shape.

Excellent condo for an excellent price
We loved it. Everything about this condo is top notch. I honestly don't have any complaints. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Thanks, Jim, your family will always be welcome to come back.
best condo on molokai
Everything is beautifully done in this kai nani kai condo. I have a lot of allergies and the leather furniture and beautiful stone floors were great for me as well as being very nice to look at. It's not the closest unit to the b each but the extra distance is worth it. Warning the owner asks for a very large deposit if you don't want to pay for insurance, but he returned it all to me. Also, you need to sign and mail or fax the rental agreement. Wifi and at&t microcell were great. Because of my allergies I kept the doors/windows closed and was able to stay cool (early November) with the ceiling fans. A few plastic cups added to the cupboard would be my only suggestion.
My husband and I wanted a get away vacation from our busy lives and this was the perfect place for us to be in. It was beautifully remodeled, immaculately clean, quiet, and had everything we needed as our home away from home. The pool at the complex is in a beautiful environment and a very short walk from the condo. Brian is very responsive and detailed which made things very nice for us. There's even a book he made with things to do on the island. When we need a break again, we will definitely be staying at this hotel-like condo. It is definitely a great place to enjoy and in my research was the best condo to stay at on island. It is HIGHLY recommended!
ultra modern beauty
Very impressive condo, totally remodeled with the latest high end appliances and electronics. Owner has furnished everything one needs for a restful, comfortable stay. Wonderful patio and great views for relaxing. Beds are of the highest quality. Nice complex and pool area. The west end is 20 to 30 minutes from restaurants and shopping, but a pleasant drive. Owner is very responsive to all requests, very easy transactions. I highly recommend this condo in one of the nicest areas on Molokai.
Our condo sits overlooking the 8th fairway of the 18 hole Kaluakoi Golf Course (currently closed). This is a Ted Robinson designed golf course with many holes with water views (Closed 4/2008). In addition, the island offers Ironwood Hills, a 9 hole course found up in the highlands. Our condominium has the only tennis courts on the west end of the island. Make sure that you plan to visit Kalaupapa by mule, plane or hike in/out to see the Hansen Disease Colony before all the patients are gone and the tours end. The Nature Conservancy offers tours to the Rain Forest and the Sand Dune Preserves. Hike to the water falls on the east end in Halawa Valley. Visit the Molokai Coffee Farm - the Macadamia Nut Farm - The Molokai Salt Farm - the Meyer Sugar Mill and Museum and the many historical fish ponds and churches throughout the island. Kayak the southern shore or snorkel.
