Everything you need, right where you want to be
We had a great week in Pass a Grille. Cheryl was helpful and attentive from beginning to end. The property is small but very comfortable and quiet (new windows, new AC) even on windy days. This was the most throughly equipped and furnished property we've ever stayed at. And most of all,
IT'S ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH.
Where else can you look out the front window and see the Gulf, walk directly across the street and be at the beach, and have the convenience of a kitchen and bathroom right there too? The owners were so generous and kind. We used their bikes to ride around, and the umbrella to shade ourselves on the beach after we had too much sun. The community of people are so friendly. The Easter sunrise service was breathtaking, and the church's youth group's pancake breakfast was an extra treat to share with the community. We hate talking it up too much because it's not that large of a place and we don't want too many people knowing about this gem- selfish- yes:) Love Pass-A-Grille and this place that we stayed!
Charming Cottage, very accomadating host!
Cheryl was the perfect host, she stayed in communication with us throughout the entire booking and stay. The location of the cottage is great, directly across the street from the beach. Once we arrived we parked the car (parking permit included) and walked everywhere. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are just a few blocks away. Cheryl’s recommendations for dining were spot on! She is a local and knows the area well. We were welcomed with a note and a bottle of wine, nice touch! Would definitely stay again. Matt & Jeanette
So glad you guys enjoyed the house and the local scene! See you again!
Charming, Old Florida feel, Everything you need!
We needed a weekend get-away and found this lovely cottage. We arrived at night and could not see the view but were pleasantly surprised the next morning. This cottage is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The owner, Cheryl, gave us several suggestions for dining. We ate breakfast at the Seahorse both mornings and it was delicious. We took several walks and shopped, visited the museum and strolled along the beach. Cheryl and Hobart were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to being able to go back one day soon. Jerry & Judy
Always a great time
My wife and I have been to Pass a Grille a few times this past year as we're looking for a home in the area to settle down. It's hard to beat the laid back feel of Pass a Grille and the kind people there, Cheryl being on of them. We look forward to our move in 2018. Come visit, you won't be disappointed!

Great little cottage directly across the street from beach access and short 2 block walk to restaurants and shops. The included parking pass was a definite plus in addition to Cheryl permitting dogs regardless of size which can be a challenge for any XL dog breed owner. The kitchen was fully stocked and bed was quite comfy. Although we didn't utilize, the Jolly Trolly pick up point is also only 2 blocks away. The owners live in the attached unit and Cheryl was very responsive to email/text communication before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again
