Jalyn is a Colorado native and has been a realtor in Boulder County for 25+ years and David is a design drafter originally from Iowa that can build and fix anything! We have both very much enjoyed remodeling and furnishing both of our VRBOs into places we would love to stay ourselves.

We love the area, already owned the adjacent unit and were lucky enough to purchase and remodel this unit when it came up for sale. We are very excited to have the 2 beautiful townhomes side by side. Our home is a 5 minute drive from the property so we are easily available to resolve any issues that may arise.
What makes this Townhome unique
Truly a gorgeous luxury accommodation in Central Longmont. We own an adjacent VRBO unit as well so if available both units can accommodate 8 adults very comfortably.

We stayed four nights and really loved it. It is very clean and updated. The town home is in a good location near the center of town. It was a perfect size for a small family. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable
Everything was great. The space was very clean and comfortable for two couples. Beds were nice quality and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal.
The unit was adorable and just what I was looking for! Very comfortable and felt like home!
I was very pleased that this unit had all items you need or use in your day to day life, everything! What made the stay even more enjoyable was that Jaylyn was over the top easy to work with and even came to my rescue twice when I locked myself out of the unit! She was understanding and eager to help me. I felt like I had known her forever. I've had other friends stay in her units in this triplex and have all raved about their stay and cleanliness. I will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you Jaylyn for your hospitality and I so enjoyed working with you....thank you for your kindness and offering such a wonderful place for visitors. I was in Longmont for a class taking place at the Longmont Hospital. This location was a perfect 10 minute walk to where I needed to go. Super easy location to get to a Safeway grocery store. The townhouse was so cozy and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Just a tip - don't let mapquest change your directions to SOUTH Judson St. - make sure to search for just Judson. :)
A very nice place to stay!
We stayed for two weeks and had a really nice time. We enjoyed feeding peanuts to the squirrels in the park. The unit had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own a/c window unit as well as central a/c. The owner was good about responding to communications quickly. We would recommend this place when visiting Longmont.
West central Longmont location. 50 minutes from DIA, 20 minutes from Boulder, 35 minutes to Estes Park. Waking distance to restaurants and coffee shop :)
Additional information about rental rates
Payment schedule is 1/2 due upon booking and the final 1/2 due 30 days in advance of arrival. Personal checks preferred but can also accept pay pal.
