Located in the South Lake Union neighborhood of the city in the South Tower of the Union SLU building, you'll have access to all kinds of wonderful amenities and plenty of offices and attractions in walking distance, from the Amazon campus to the Seattle Center. There's parking around the complex for compact cars with electric charging stations and bike racks.
Pick up some groceries for your beautiful stainless steel kitchen, taking note of details like the grey backsplash and elegant wooden cabinets. Brew some coffee and head over to the living area, or the small dining table surrounded by many modern decorations.
Everything here is modern and accommodating - relax on the sofa, switch on the flatscreen TV, and utilize the cable connection to watch your favorite show. Free WiFi is also available, so bring your laptop along and stream a show if you can't find something to watch.
Sleep in either the one private bedroom with a queen-size bed or in the living room on the sofa bed. Four humans can sleep here comfortably, and one dog can join you for a small nightly fee (under 50 pounds, please). You'll all be comfortable in one luxurious bathroom with the same lovely cabinets as the kitchen!
In your leisure time, walk to the Space Needle, or gorgeous Lake Union, where you can visit the MOHAI or rent a boat in the summer. When you visit the Emerald City, you'll never run out of fun things to do!
Of course, if you're in the mood for a little more relaxation, Union SLU has you covered with a rooftop deck, fitness center, game room, and more! Relax on the deck, soaking up the sun, and when it gets dark, play foosball in the game room.
Ready for a fun-filled Seattle vacation? Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this condo is truly spectacular!
Note: While Seattle is a fairly temperate climate, please be aware that this vacation rental does not offer air conditioning. Fans are available if needed.

About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Too small for 4 persons. But okay place other then that
Close to downtown
Location: The location and convenience makes up for anything this unit lacks. Access to bus right on the block, under 5 minute drive to pike place or downtown. Building is not hard to find, and there is a vacasa sign just outside the building. Very nice having free dedicated parking.
Checking in: The instructions on how to get your access card is confusing - we opened both the lockbox above the ramp to the garage gate and the lockbox at the gate - nothing was in either of them. After a few attempts we figured we could just go into the unit from the lobby, since it was on the first floor. We were able to grab the garage fob inside the unit and then access the parking garage that way. If anyone is trying to access any other floor, they will require a key card for the elevator. We called customer service and they never got back to us. Had to call again to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for a lost key card.
Inside: the minute we opened the door, we could smell cigarette smoke lingering in the air. There were stains on the couch and on the carpet. The lighting is dim in the washroom. Some traces of hair on the pillows.
The kitchen was fully equipped.
I would return to this booking based on the location and convenience.
We do apologize if some inconveniences occurred during this stay. Here at Vacasa, it is our highest priority to make sure each guest has the best experience possible, and our 24/7 guest hotline is always available to help if anything comes up. We have taken this feedback seriously and have been working to simplify the check in process for this property. Effective 3/1 our guests will have access to the garage that has open spaces and easier access. We are constantly attempting to stay on top of when fobs go missing and respond as soon as it is discovered. Thank you!
This was a great location in terms of easy accessibility to downtown/capitol hill/queen anne, etc. and the room was perfect for two of us and our dog. The process of getting in and checking out was extremely confusing with several lockboxes and a lack of clarity with the directions; one of the lock boxes didn't work and we had to call twice to get help. When we got into our room, there was a spoon left in the drain, which we only found because we accidentally turned on the garbage disposal thinking it was a light and a piece of old lettuce was hanging from the refrigerator door shelf. It is basically street-level and was noisier than I would have expected (and I'm from a substantially bigger city!) and the streetlight glared through so we never got full darkness. The shower had terrible water pressure and didn't drain properly.
We are disappointed to read of so many disappointments and inconveniences. We have taken care of the lockbox and will follow-up with housekeeping.
A place to sleep
Dishes were dirty when we got there, food was in the oven, shower drain was clogged, a wooden decoration fell off the wall onto the table. Looking at it they just put 2 tiny nails into Sheetrock and expected it to hold a 5 pound wooden decoration with three mason jars. Decent place to sleep, ok for having a dog.
We are sorry to see this stay was not as relaxing as we would have hoped. We will follow-up with housekeeping about checking the dishes and cleaning out the oven, and maintenance will take care of the shower drain. Thank you!
Everything you need. Heaps better than a hotel room
See above in suggestions.
