Beautifully renovated 100+ year old home with four spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 1/2 bath. Huge screened-in porch overlooking Belmont Blvd, Formal dining room seats 8, eat in Chef's kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave, 6 burner gas stove top, large kitchen island and bar area. Gas log fireplace in Family room, 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, an available Queen air mattress that can be set up in my office, and plenty of room to relax! Lots of natural light and close to everything Nashville has to offer! Quiet, residential street- NOT a party house. We do have a cat. She will not be at the home during rentals, but any people with allergies should be aware. This is our personal home and not a non-owner occupied permanent rental, so it is very comfortable and homey- perfect for your home away from home while you travel.

About Kelly Kirby Piovarcy

We are a family of 3 who love living here in the heart of Nashville! John grew up in Memphis and went to Ole Miss, while Kelly is originally from Texas and went to MTSU. We met here in town and can't imagine living anywhere else. In fact, when we were dating, Belmont was our dream neighborhood and we always wanted to own a home here. Our daughter is 9 and attends a local public Spanish Immersion Elementary School. We hope you can enjoy and love our home as much as we do!

Why Kelly Kirby Piovarcy chose Belmont/Hillsboro

Belmont-Hillsboro was our dream neighborhood since we were dating. It is a perfect combination of history, friendliness, walkability and closeness to the center of all Nashville has to offer. We bought a 100+ year old home and spent over a year renovating it to keep the historic character while adding modern conveniences and flow. It is our dream house! On a quiet, residential street, our home is NOT a "party house", but is super close to lots of fun things and a great place to relax.

What makes this house unique

There is a huge swing bed on the front porch- a perfect perch to chill and watch the neighborhood. We also have a huge screened in porch that is elevated, so you almost feel like you are in a tree house overlooking the street and area. Outdoor couches, tables, fans and a heater make it useable almost year round. The chef's kitchen was our baby- a 6 burner gas rangetop, double electric ovens, microwave, and an gigantic granite island help to make this kitchen the real heart of the home. Plus, it is wide open to the family room, so everyone can be together and hang out.

We moved to this neighborhood, and this street specifically, because of the beautiful homes, sidewalks, friendly atmosphere and walkability. There are many weekends when we never get into the car. We enjoy walking to Sevier Park, heading to Sloco/The Meet Room, 12 South Tap Room, or Taqueria del Sol for lunch or dinner- as well as the many other walkable options. Plus, it is a super quick car or uber ride to almost anywhere else in the city.

Wonderful home and hosts

This house is amazing. Great location, well kept and everything you need. We spent most of our time on the porch which has ceiling fans, comfortable seating and is the perfect place to chat. The hosts were great and provided information on local places to visit and made it easy to feel at home.

Charming old house in a fantastic location.

Very charming and comfortable home in an A+ location. Walk to great restaurants and boutiques on Belmont Blvd and 12th Avenue. Very convenient to downtown Nashville as well. Our family of 8 stayed for five nights and had a terrific visit. Kelly and John are thoughtful, accommodating and responsive owners. Enjoy!

Excellent house - Great location!

I had a surprise birthday weekend for my husband's 40th birthday where a number of his friends came in from all over the country (we live a few blocks away but with our kids at home, there wasn't enough space for people to stay with us so we needed a house just for adults!). This house is beautiful and very comfortable and the location is awesome - only a couple of blocks from 12 south with shops/restaurants/bar. It is also a little bit further walk to the Vanderbilt area where you could find more shops/restaurants/bars, and a very short cab/uber ride to downtown. Kelly was great to work with and was always very fast at responding to emails. Overall, great experience and we would stay there again!

We are a lovely, historic area of Nashville with walkability to restaurants, parks, bars and Universities- and only minutes via car or Uber to downtown's theatres, concerts, festivals, honky tonks and more. Mere walkable minutes to Vanderbilt, Belmont and David Lipscomb Universities, plus less than 20 minute car ride to Music Row, Downtown, Midtown, and various parks and concert venues- all in a safe, lovely neighborhood.
