Two Master Suites, Renovate Top Floor Corner Unit.

This renovated two bedroom unit has everything going for it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and king bed along with a separate entrance and separate lanai. We have a flat screen television in each bedroom along with one in the living room. The fully equiped kitchen is complete with newer appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit along with two air conditioners. Walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants or simply enjoy the fabulous view from the lanais.

We live and work in Saskatchewan, Canada and always enjoy getting away from our cold winters. Maui has always been our favorite destination. We have enjoyed the Kihei area for several years now.

We love the location of the Maui Banyan and this unit has the best view in the complex.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars is a great plus. Having a great beach right across the street with washrooms and lifeguards is perfect.

What makes this condo unique

The view from our lanai offers guests not only year round sunsets but also great ocean views. A great place to watch for whales in the winter.

Having two suites both with King beds, separate entrances, bathrooms and lanais means more privacy for couples while sharing the unit. We have a full size washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests.

Exceeded our expectations

We stayed in this unit for eight nights with our son, daughter-in law and 10 month old granddaughter. It was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped especially the kitchen. The well maintained barbecues on the grounds were great for cooking and the lanai was great for daytime view and social evenings. Very friendly staff and the complex itself is well located with easy beach access.

Dave was very good at getting back on questions.

Overall we highly recommend this unit.

I really enjoyed my stay at g502. it is very nicely updated, clean, and has everything you need. great view and balcony and surprisingly quiet so close to the road and driveway. would stay again.

As advertised and more.

Our family rented two condos during our stay in January. This one was by far the best. The kitchen, floors and baths were recently updated. It was clean and had everything we needed. Including beach towels and chairs. Umbrellas were supplied but with the winds, it was more work to keep them from flying away. We really didn't need them anyways. It had 2 smaller ice chests, laundry and dish washing pods and plenty of other cleaning supplies. Don't get me wrong, I didn't clean the entire time. But it was nice to have the necessary supplies to keep things tidy.

We really enjoyed having coffee on the lanai which, by the way, had a great view of the ocean where we used binoculars to watch the whales. It is a corner unit located on the top floor, so the stairs were more accessible than the elevator. We got our exercise in, that's for sure. The pool is very close as well as the beach.

I can't say anything negative about our stay. It was my mothers first visit to the islands and for this to be her first experience, it was enough to push her decision to finally retire at the age of 71! Thank you Dave! She now wants to come back and maybe move here. Lol

Dave was quick to respond to via email with questions etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The Maui Banyan is located in South Kihei directly across from the Kamaole beaches. Kihei is on the southwest warm dry side of the island.

Offering plenty of sunshine and lots of great beaches and ocean activities.
