About Bruce Casburn
Penny and I have been married for 4 decades, have 4 living children (and one deceased one), and 14 grandchildren.
Bruce Casburn purchased this House in 2015
Why Bruce Casburn chose East Arlington
We purchased this home in October, 2015 . We have completed a new Game Room, Kitchen, Dining, and 4th bedroom. All of the flooring has been replaced with Hard Surface Wood Laminate. Granite Countertops, stainless appliances, and many spotlights in the living areas have been added. It also has a screened in porch and lots of sleeping choices. The hot tub is approximately 93"X 93".
What makes this House unique
The fact that this house is located in close proximity to not only both stadiums, but also Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, and is right in the middle of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area makes it a perfect place for vacation and entertainment fun..

EXCELLENT Highly Recomended
clean & safe area
great for groups and families
close to all Arlington has to offer
The best thing about this home is that it is very close to the stadium. Not very clean for a VRBO listed home. The refrigerator was so dirty I had to clean it before we filled it and there were black sticky stains on the outside patio from where previous people had spilled drinks and never cleaned it up. We had to wear our shoes the whole time.
The hot tub was nice but the deck had some sort of sticky stuff all over it too so we didn't even use it. The bathrooms were stocked with dingy towels and wash cloths and when I lifted up the soap container to use it there was some sort of black rusty scum on the bottom of it. There was no salt for the shuffle board table so we didn't get to enjoy that. I did ask the owner to make sure there was a blender available and he did do that. I wouldn't go back here just because of the cleaning issues. Pretty dingy.
These are unusual people. With permission, they were a late arrival. My son met them after midnight. They came in very unfriendly and did not want him to tell them about the house. There was sand for the shuffleboard table but we put it up because children play with it. He would have told them where it was or they could have called or texted. There were more than 20 new towels in the master closet and hall cabinet behind the door. We have made a policy of keeping condiments in the refrigerator from past guests so that people don't have to buy mustard, ketchup, relish, etc. We are rethinking that. The screened in porch did have some floor stains because it had rained the previous days and the rain comes through the screen and sometimes stains the floor. He should have re cleaned it while he waited for them. The hot tub was crystal clear since it had been drained after the previous guests. The deck is located under a huge pecan tree and sap gets on it after heavy rains. We are going to buy a tarp to cover it between guests. I am really sorry that they did not have a great experience. They just refused to communicate with us.
Great Boys Weekend for the Game!
This place is the perfect spot to meet your buddies for a road game at AT&T. Came in for the Buckeye v TCU game to meet my old college pals. The home is perfect. Good beds, plenty of room, multiple TV's, shuffleboard, hot tub. Walking distance to everything you need or a very short Uber ride to Whataburger. If there is a game in the future at AT&T I will definately be back. Thanks Bruce!!
Dallas stadium house
The house had everything we needed in it and a great location to the stadium and Texas live. We had a great time playing shuffle board. We grilled out on game day at the house and took the short walk over to the stadium. The house was really great, I would stay there again if I come back to Dallas for a game.
Great Location For Sporting Events In Arlington
Spacious home for groups looking to attend Rangers and Cowboys games.
Nice and quite
This is a very nice house in a safe and quite neighborhood. We felt safe. Close to everything, but not in the hustle and bustle of busy roads, it is just near everything. The hot tub was nice and big. This is a great choice if you are looking for a house. Owner was super nice and helpful.
