Second floor features a large master suite with king bed, two closets, en suite bathroom with two sinks, separate jetted tub and shower. Third floor has a bedroom with a queen and another bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination shared by these bedrooms. There is an elevator from the garage to the first level and then a short staircase up to the unit from there. If you can't handle stairs or hills this is not the unit for you. It's on three levels and the walk to Main Street, bus stop or Transportation Hub is down a hill.

About Katie Noble
Katie grew up in Main Line Philadelphia and the South Shore of Boston, spent summers on Cape Cod, attended college at Colgate University and law school at the University of Utah. Mark grew up in beautiful Traverse City Michigan, moved to Park City twenty five years ago and never left. Katie, Mark their daughter, Bernese Mountain Dog and Golden Retriever live in the next town over in Midway, Utah. They are avid skiers, snowboarders, back country skiers and paddle board with their dogs on the Jordanelle.

Why Katie Noble chose Deer Valley
This is the townhouse that made Katie move from Boston back to Utah ten years ago. She was firmly engaged in the rat race and renovating a 100 year old brownstone in South Boston and couldn't stop thinking about her beautiful new condo that she bought strictly as an investment property in Park City. One day she made her obsession a reality, quit her job, packed up her dog and cat and made the long drive out to Park City. She has never looked back. Best move ever! This is where she met her husband, Mark, had her baby, walked to the No Name on countless occasions to meet friends, walked to the Town Lift with her snowboard, hike with her dogs, mountain biked countless trails and walked to concerts in Deer Valley. She loved the cozy feel of the home, the large master suite, the garage parking and the fact that the home was well built and practically new. The family only moved out to find more space and more year round residents.
What makes this Townhome unique
We love the location and it's cozy and charming. You do have the stairs and hills so be prepared for that, but the price is well worth it and you can always drive if you're too sore from skiing. It's so great to be able to walk to Main Street, hike up on the hills behind the house and mountain bike on the trails across the street. We walked to the concerts at Deer Valley in the summer, to the Transportation Hub, and could enjoy Sundance because we weren't fighting traffic or waiting for the bus. We love the private hot tub, washer/dryer, spacious master suite and bathrooms on every level. The great room is narrower than it looks in the photos.

Perfect place to stay
This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was clean, cozy and convenient to ski lift, Main St., free buses. Underground, secure parking with lockers for our use was another bonus. The owners were very responsive to our questions and provided us with a little welcome basket of goodies! We could not have been happier with our experience here. We will definitely stay here again!
Super nice house, great location, great hosts
The house is super clean, well distributed, it has everything you would need. We spent 2 weeks during Christmas holidays and it was fantastic, you can walk to town or take the bus, just a few steps away, everywhere. Nicely decorated and huge bonus big enough washer and dryer for ski cloth. We had trouble with the air conditioner but Katie had it fixed in an hour, they were very attentive.

Perfect location. Nicely appointed.
This was the perfect location for a stay in Park City. We had an adult son and another couple stay with us for a family wedding event. Everyone had sufficient privacy and accommodations. The keypad was super convenient and there was no need to worry about manual keys with people coming and going. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare full meals. The walk to town was quick and done often. It was also very close to the Deer Valley Cafe, which had delicious food and a lovely spot to eat outdoors. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the patio next to the hot tub each day - so quiet and peaceful. Our daughter, the bride, stayed next door , which made the morning of the wedding very convenient. The neighbors were very accommodating and delighted when the photographer came and used the beautiful stone architecture and plantings as backdrops. Loved our visit!
Location is perfect, walking distance to downtown and Deer Valley
Property is nice but a little dated (carpet, rugs, furniture). Owners have all the amenities in place and were very responsive to our needs and calls.
All of the furniture, rugs and carpets were purchased in 2016 and 2017 except the carpet runner on the stairs and queen bedroom set on the third floor. They were chosen by a Park City designer. We plan to replace the queen bedroom set this year.
Great townhouse, awesome location!
I stayed here with my family and extended family (7 of us total) for a summer long weekend. We found it to be very clean and cozy and it was the perfect place for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a nice neighborhood, perfectly located. We were able to walk to Main Street in no time. Katie, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We highly recommend!
Located 1 Mile from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge, 2 Miles from Park City Mountain, 0.6 Miles from the Town Lift at Park City Mountain, and 0.5 Miles to Shops & Restaurants in Park City's Historic Old Town. There is a local bus stop a block from the house and the Transportation Hub is a 5-7 minute walk from the house. It is located on a hillside so you have to walk up and down the hill or stairs.
