Two Bedrooms Plus an open alcove with bunks, 2.5 Baths.

This delightful two-level town home has been lovingly updated by new owners. Containing 1,402 square feet of living area, it is located in Fraser in Lookout Village, a smaller complex with 27 total units. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept with plenty of parking. There is an enclosed ski/snowboard storage area on the front porch. The main entry of the town home serves as a mud room with places for coats, boots, and shoes. Also on the ground level you'll find the master suite containing a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, the second full bathroom, and an open bonus area with bunk beds. A Pack-N- Play is provided for a little one. Upstairs is a generous living area with a new reclining sofa and love seat, a dining area with a roomy table, a bar that seats two, and a fully equipped kitchen with new dishes and appliances. There's also a deck with a gas barbecue grill. The master bedroom and living room contain HD LED TVs, Blu-Ray players, and internet access for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Enjoy the shared Jacuzzi during ski season. The entire complex is non-smoking. No pets.

We live in Garland, Texas and have been vacationing in the Winter Park area since our three sons were small. Now, two of our sons live in Winter Park and we are happy to have recently purchased a home here.

We chose this property because it is spacious, very well maintained, and the grounds are beautiful. We really like the large windows with shades that can be pulled up or down.

What makes this townhome unique

The location is great. It's close to Winter Park, Granby Ranch, and Devil's Thumb. Safeway is just down the road, and we enjoy walking the Fraser River Trail.

Bright and spacious

Well appointed kitchen, plenty of space, comfortable beds. Just need a few towels designated for the hot tub. We'd love to stay again!

Wonderful condo. Owners very gracious and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay in Fraser. The condo unit is located above the town. We rented our skis nearby. The condo had many nice amenities including paper goods and nice furnishings. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We would stay again. Only down side was poor internet service but owners let us know in advance.

comfy, kitschy and quiet

A great space, clean, well equipped and close to the hot tub. Bunk beds are in hall at bottom of stair and not in their own BR is the only odd thing. Owners were responsive to our questions, etc.

Owner's Response: Yes this is a two bedroom condo. The bunks are in an open alcove at the bottom of the stairs, near the bedrooms. The area does have a closet and storage drawers under the beds.

Cozy and great location

My husband, mother-in-law, son and I stayed in this rental and really enjoyed how cozy it was. Having a fire to gather around in the evenings was very nice, and the open floor plan on the main floor made cooking dinners while visiting enjoyable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were also stocked with shampoo and such, which was a nice touch. It is abut a mile away from a grocery, which was convenient. It is also on the shuttle route to Winter Park, but the shuttle process took over an hour, so I would suggest having a car. There is no washer and dryer on the property, and you should be aware that the bunk beds, which we planned to use for our son, are in an open area right below the main floor. This means that putting the kids to bed before the adults is not feasible unless you place kids in one of the other bedrooms. All in all a great stay.

cozy and spacious

This was a great place for us as we celebrated our daughter's graduation, my husbands 70th birthday and Christmas. The sleeping space was perfect. All was clean and comfortable. Loved that we had 3 bathrooms. Loved the couches as they were reclining and discovered that there is no better way for watching TV. The owners were very attentive to our needs and contacted during our stay but there was nothing more that we needed. This would be a great place for a large family. Also had the best skiing ever, with 12 inches of new snow on Christmas eve. Great time at both Winter Park Resort and Devil'r Thumb.

This newly updated and very spacious two-level town home is located just off the Fraser River Trail. The scenic mountain town of Fraser is just 2 miles north of the town of Winter Park, 4 miles north of the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski resort. Continue north on Highway 40 about 16 miles and you'll find Granby Ranch ski area. You might want to take a break from skiing/snowboarding and go snowmobiling. You can get group or private tours at Beaver Village in Winter Park that will take you along scenic mountain trails. Guests who want to enjoy some night life should try Ullr's Tavern in Winter Park, where you'll find live music on weekends. Famous for winter sports, the Winter Park area is a great get-away during the summer and fall months as well. Both Winter Park and Granby Ranch ski resorts have lifts operating during the summer for hiking, mountain biking, or just enjoying the view. If you haven't taken in the Rockies from horseback, you're missing out! Devil's Thumb Ranch in Tabernash is one great option for trail rides. Take a picnic and enjoy a free concert at Winter Park's Hideaway Park on a summer Thursday night. These are some of my favorites, but whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, you can find it here in the Winter Park/Fraser area.
