Our beautiful and spacious Colorado duplex has three levels and comes fully equipped for comfortable and elegant living. The main level has an open floor plan with cushy leather couches, a TV and a fireplace, and a deck with BBQ grill. The dining table and four-seat kitchen bar look out to gorgeous mountain views and open space leading to the Eagle River to the north, Lake Creek to the East. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the warmth of hardwood floors, alder wood cabinets, and granite counter tops.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one Queen and one single. Downstairs is a full laundry room, a large family room with a comfy sectional and leather armchairs for relaxing or watching TV, an office area, a King bedroom, and a bedroom with two single beds, sleeping seven comfortably in over 3,000 sq. ft. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full bathroom and additional seating, and plentiful closet space.

Exit 163 off Highway 70 takes you to the charming town of Edwards. One mile from Riverwalk Main Street will find you in your beautiful mountain getaway. Everything is at your fingertips within minutes. Eat at one of a dozen restaurants or breweries, shop in boutiques, go to the movies, hang out at the bookstore/coffee shop or at Starbucks, enjoy yoga or barre fitness, pick up groceries. You'll be a few minutes drive to free ski parking at Arrowhead and Beaver Creek, or twenty minutes drive to Vail. Eagle-Vail airport is just 25 minutes away. South Fork Meadows is located one mile from the main intersection of Edwards. If you like, a bike/walking path connecting you to the village is right outside the door. Our beautifully landscaped neighborhood is on highway 6, just past the bridge over Lake Creek. Your back yard is unobstructed, looking over acres of undeveloped wetlands and gorgeous mountain views. A few steps from the door is your own bridge over Lake Creek to a children's playground of timber structures for climbing and swinging. Or, there are sleds in the garage for enjoying the little hills on the way to the Creek.
For a driver, dropping off skiers is easy and can be done at several nearby locations. Or, you can park free at Arrowhead and at Beaver Creek, and enjoy the free shuttle service between the mountain resorts. Local taxi service is available, Enterprise car rental has an office in nearby Avon, Colorado Mountain Express will bring you directly to the door from the airport in Denver.
The Vail Valley offers dance, art, and music in addition to the winter sports of skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tubing. Lessons are available for the entire family, or leave the kids in one of the best ski schools in the country at Beaver Creek, just down the road, while you go off for a day of adventure. In this part of Colorado, they say "You come for the winter, you stay for the summer."
