This is a up and coming neighborhood with new cafe's and restaurants coming in Grocery close by and a wonderful museum. close to airport It would be smart to ask for 2 keys in case you get locked out!
Very beautiful appartment. Good services. We was very happy.

We enjoyed our short stay in this spacious, cosy and well equiped apartment.
Nothing negative to mention. We could sleep with the windows open ... so quiet. The bed was excellent.
We had no problem to park the car in front of the building. The inner city is a 15 minute walk. Public transport and the super market around the corner.
Excellent communication with the owner.
We came in on a 5 day visit to Wiena in order to see the sites, There were 2 adults a kid and a labrador dog. We stayed in Peter's Apartment, which was just great. Apartment is specious and very well stocked, all that was needed was provided and more. We enjoyed being close to the canal and the park along side, wonderful for taking the dog for a walk. The #1 tram which is just 2 blocks away is super convenient, easy to get to center of town and all the sites as well as to the Wien Prater, which was my kid's favorite thing in Vienna. We came in by car and parked at Erdberg Park&Ride. The apartment is clean, key was dropped off by a nice gentlemen who welcomed us and even gave us some 10 min parking vouchers. I highly recommend this accommodation.
We spent 5 nights here in late November and I can honestly say that this is one the best apartments we have ever stayed in over many years travelling throughout Europe. Everything was as described on the website, It was large and spacious, clean and comfortable and with the best equipped kitchen you could wish for. The Manager met us at the exact time agreed beforehand, showed us around and explained how everything worked.
The location was excellent, in a quiet and safe area, with the nearest tram stop on Lowengasse about 3-4 minutes walk and Vienna Mitte mainline station and UBahn about 10 minutes away. However we walked everywhere most of the time and you could stroll to the centre in a comfortable 20 -25 minutes.
Bakeries and supermarkets are close by on Lowengasse and there are also a number of local bars and restaurants.
We would have no hesitation in booking this again the next time that we visit Vienna.
