Cozy, Clean And Modern Year Round Home On The Shore Of Lake Erie.
About Melissa Lyons
My husband Terry and I are excited to be part of the VRBO community. We love to travel and meet new people. Our waterfront home is a great place to relax, to entertain, to enjoy a variety activities and most of all to use as a base when visiting the Windsor-Essex area. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you to our home.

Why Melissa Lyons chose Leamington
We love this location on Point Pelee Drive. We are proud of our National Park and love visiting Canada's most southern mainland destination. We also have 2 more properties which will become available very soon. They are currently under renovations. One is just outside of Oxley and is situated on a bluff on the lake. The other is near Holiday Beach and has a beach in front. Stay tuned :)
What makes this House unique
This home is clean, warm & inviting. It's a cozy lakeside home away from home. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets on our dock.

Fury of Lake Erie
Fantastic weekend. Massive storm blew through. Waves crashing over the break wall. Very exciting.
Well designed cottage with all the conveniences steps away from Point Pelee national park.
The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our experience at Point Pelee National park. The cottage had laundry facilities, a well-designed kitchen, ample storage and fridge space and several areas to sit outside to relax either in the sun or protected from the wind. Loved the sun room. Bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfortable - lots of pillows and blankets available.
As described, perfect for us
Seamless experience booking, communicating with Mellissa, and arriving. The place was perfect for our family of 6 + baby. Admittedly the upstairs rooms and bathroom are separated by curtains, but we knew ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. The living room with fireplace was cozy in the evenings and a great gathering spot. Kitchen had everything we needed (except a can opener but we made do). Very clean! Would definitely recommend and consider for future trips.
I am so happy you enjoyed yourselves. I am a little horrified that you didn't have a can opener. I am very sorry. We have stocked it with everything, so clearly something must have happened to it. Thank you for letting me know, I will take care of this ASAP. Thank you for staying with us.
Great location for sunset watching!
This is a lovely well maintained property close to the Point Pelee Park. We visited in early September when the beaches were virtually empty.
The sunsets are beautiful and you only have to step onto the waterfront deck to watch them!
Beautiful home with a beautiful view
We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed, and the view was delightful. We didn't do much sightseeing since we had such a peaceful spot right out our back door. This was our first time in Canada, and we would love to return.
Awesome stay ! Overall great place.
We had a great time the week we stayed. There were 6 of us staying at the house and there was plenty of room . We had a wedding in Kingsville and the location was ideal. It was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend and stay again. The only improvement I could recommend would be better cooling upstairs as with the warm temperatures outside it was very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Point Pelee National Park
"A lush Carolinian forest oasis at the southern tip of Canada, Point Pelee National Park resounds with migrating song birds in the spring, hums with cicadas in the summer, flutters with Monarch butterflies in the fall and is a peaceful place of reflection in the winter."
