Hello! You'll love staying in my comfortable & inviting duplex – located in the heart of Congress Park, and just 4 blocks from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Cheeba Hut, Snooze, Chipolte, and a large mix of restaurants & stores; and 6 blocks from Sprouts, and a great mix of new and traditional bars & restaurants – all within a 8-15 minutes walk or quick drive.
Downtown is 15 min drive; Red Rocks 30; Boulder 45; Cherry Creek 5; all depending on time of day. Add 15 min to go anywhere during rush hour.
The main floor of the duplex features a comfortable living room that will surely seat your whole residence, next to a dining room that seats six. The electric charm of this home reflects the various travels of it's resident, alongside a collection of vintage artifacts that truly resonate with the era of the build.
The original kitchen with the great little eat-in breakfast nook (which overlooks the backyard) while not super-fancy, is completely practical and stocked with high-quality pots & pans, numerous cooking utensils, blender, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, tableware, serving dishes, bowls, etc.
The two main bedrooms and bathroom are also located on the first floor. The bathroom features a deep clawfoot tub (great for soaking!) with shower, and a wonderful skylight fitted with fan, light, nightlight, and bluetooth speaker (so you can rock out in the shower!).
Both main floor bedrooms feature queen size beds, large empty closets & dressers for all your belongings. The vintage bedroom with waterfall furniture, antique cameras has an adjoining reading room which faces west for ample afternoon light.
In the backyard is a grill and super-awesome Ikea table set. Cook it up! The backyard is a great place to relax in the evening as the sun sets, and enjoy an easy home-cooked meal from Trader Joe's.
There is ample off-street parking with no time limitations. Wireless internet, AppleTV with Hulu & HBO, other streaming channels, and local broadcast TV.
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer are all in the bathroom for your use.

Hello! I've lived in Denver since 2001 & am sure you'll love staying in my cozy home in Congress Park! If you are here, I'll be out traveling in my camper, working remotely doing design work & photography.
There's a lot to love about this place! Most guests are so comfortable they don't want to leave – which is not a problem, as there are 2 bedrooms which sleep 4 comfortably. Enjoy a great meal in the dining room, or grill up and eat out in the backyard where there is also seating.
We are located near 8th and Colorado Blvd – an intersection of a couple main roads in Denver. Aside from all the local grocery, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc., you can get downtown within 15 minutes; 20 minutes to the Highlands, and 30-45 min to the airport (depending on time of day).
Loved the house, neighborhood, quick access to Denver.
Home was very inviting, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend if your looking for a nice place to stay while being close to everything.
Neighbors are nice, will be revisiting!
This place was perfect for our group's stay in Denver. With plenty of common area space for all of us to spend time together but also enough for us to all have space to ourselves when needed. The breakfast nook was a favorite! The whole space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and charming but close enough to things to do that made it wonderfully convienient.
We really enjoyed staying here with our well-behaved dog. We could easily walk her in the neighborhood & looking at the beautiful houses was an added bonus. Lots of families & pets out & about. The house itself was very comfy. We enjoyed happy hour on the vine covered porch.
We simply loved staying here! The bungalow is great and has so much character! Sarah was extremely accommodating and helpful. The backyard made for some lovely dinners. The neighborhood is wonderful and we really enjoyed walking around. So much to see and do!
