Suzanne purchased this Townhome in 1991
Why Suzanne chose Trastevere
I loved this property and saw its potential when I first saw it. Now you can realize and share my emotion, too.
What makes this Townhome unique
The quiet of the street, its high vaulted ceilings and homey atmosphere of the townhouse make visitors feel like they are "in a home away from home". The awesome neighborhood of Trastevere offers an astonishing array of amenities to people of all music, gelato points, wine bars, out door cinema, markets, bars, etc. The neighborhood in itself has a curious and unique allure for everyone who stays there.

Trastevere is a labyrinth of tiny, narrow, flower and tree filled streets with cornflower, mahogany, sepia, peach, burnt Sienna , marigold, red orange, goldenrod and maroon colored buildings all tightly standing next to each other, which can give the impression somewhat of being inside a Crayola crayon box.
Romans and tourists alike, seek Trastevere’s hidden corners and tapestry of emotions. The neighborhood requires leisure time strolls to discover its high points….Santa Maria in Trastevere Basilica with its sublime gold mosaic façade is a sight to behold early in the morning as the sun shines it into its splendor, the recently restored Ponte Sisto, Piazza Trilussa and its fountain, the ancient Porta Settimiana, the Janiculum Gardens and the Fountain at its apex with the best view of the city and to finish, Sunday morning boasts the famous Porta Portese market along viale Trastevere….where you find everything and more…only 10’ walk from the property! Really there are too many to mention here, so the only thing to do is come to see it for yourself!
