Our "All Electric", open concept, home is located near shopping, restaurants, 15 minute drive from McAllen/Miller International airport and within walking distance of McAllen's Bicentennial Drive "Hike and Bike" trail.

Living area has leather couch, one recliner and a comfortable side chair for resting, relaxing or watching television on the large screen tv. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, large center island with seating for four and a dining area with counter height table and seating for an additional four. Master bedroom has beautiful queen bed, recliner for relaxing in front of the large television, large walk in closet and private master bath with granite countertop and large glass and tile shower. Second bedroom is furnished with queen bed, seating, large closet and television. Third bedroom also has a queen bed, seating, work desk and large closet. Hall bath is beautifully appointed with granite countertop and tub/shower combination. Interior laundry room is equipped with large capacity washer/dryer for your convenience. Home has beautiful plank style, porcelain tile floors throughout, new windows, new plumbing and central HVAC. Exterior of home has beautiful landscaping, mature trees and covered patio with table and seating for four. Charcoal BBQ pit is provided. Carport accommodates two vehicles with additional parking for another two vehicles.

Great Get Away

Home and lawn was well kept. My kids loved the place and decided to stay over due to us having a great time. Quiet neighborhood and a great place for a morning run. Variety of food and entertainment around in matter of minutes. Plan to book for future stays!

Very quiet, nice neighborhood. House is in perfect location, close to everything. Very clean house, nicely decorated. Yard was huge and spoiled our puppy.

Wedding getaway

Work Stay

My husband, Robert, and I are General Contractors and own a residential remodeling company. We specialize in kitchens and baths and I get to do the decorating. We've been in business here in the Valley area since 2001. It's very rewarding as you can see a project from start to the beautiful end!

Robert and I have been married 31 years, we are both valley natives as are our parents. We love the beach and any down time this is where you'll find us. South Padre Island has awesome restaurants, boating, fishing and socializing!

Why they chose this property

This area of mid-town McAllen is an older, well established neighborhood and is highly coveted because of the excellent school district, (Milam Elementary, Morris Middle School and McAllen High School) mature trees, quiet neighborhood. This home was built in the 60's and after we acquired it we did a total remodel.
