The detached villa in typical Spanish style invites you to dwell in southern peaceful surroundings.

It is located on a dead end on a hillside, the property is only minimally visible from the adjacent neighbors on one side by the alignment and the existing vegetation. The large garden is planted with Mediterranean plants and two large shady pine trees

Benidoleig is a small traditional Spanish village with about 1000 inhabitants. It lies at the foot of the Sierra de Seguili. The village is quiet, with small, steep streets in the area are traditionally cultivated orange groves, vineyards and almond and olive trees. Petit paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis. La maison est spacieuse et la climatisation un plus.

De la piscine nous avions vu sur la mer....

Il n'y a aucun vis à vis ce qui est trés agréable...nous avons fait la connaissance d'un voisin anglais trés sympatique.

Le propriétaire est trés acceuillant, une bouteille de vin nous a été offerte à notre arrivée.

Merci pour ce séjour...

A nice house with a lot of privacy!

We stayed 16 days in this house. The house has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathroom can only be accessed from outside, since it is on the bottom floor. The house has airco, a nice living room, washing machine and dishwasser. The house is fully equiped and has a very nice garden en swimming pool. A plus is definitely that the garden has a lot of furniture. Besides that there is always a place with shadow in the garden which is needed in summer times! The house has a lot of privacy, no one can look into the garden. Besides that the area is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the house is beautiful! Benidoleig is close to a big shopping centre and some bigger cities as Xabia and Denia (prox. 10/15 minutes).

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft voll zu. Es ist am Ende einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem ist man in 15 Min. an verschiedenen Stränden oder Deniastadt. Auch lohnt es sich ins Hinterland zu fahren, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Im Haus selber haben wir alles nötige vorgefunden. Der Vermieter und der Hausmeister waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Kochecke im Untergeschoss separat ist, kann man sich als Familie sehr gut aufteilen. Wir würden es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren.

Ferienhaus mit Erholungsgarantie

Wir haben hier ein Haus in einer super Hanglage vorgefunden, das einfach nur zum Erholen und Wohlfühlen einlädt. Man kann durch eine gewisse "Abgeschiedenheit" vom Tourismustrubel entspannen, muss aber trotzdem durch Die Nähe zu Denia und zum Einkaufszentrum in Ondara nicht auf sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Tennisplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe, Restaurant u.Höhlenbesuch) verzichten.

Das Haus selbst bietet alles erdenklich Nötige (Lage plus Ausstattung), um sich wirklich zu erholen. Ausserdem ist der Service, abgesehen von der zusätzlichen Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters, vor Ort durch den Verwalter ausgezeichnet, man erhält Hilfe und Tipps wann immer es nötig ist. Das Haus selbst ist genau so ausgestattet wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wirkt sehr gepflegt.

Wir haben uns in den 3 Wochen im Juli 2012 in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können es unbedenklich Jedem weiterempfehlen.

Erholung mit Pool und Panoramablick

Traumlage, ruhig mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf Berge und Meer.

Privater Pool von außen nicht einsehbar, großzügige Gartenanlage am Hang. Das Haus ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt.

Die Nähe zu Denia und zum Einkaufszentrum in Ondara garantiert sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielfältige Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Wir fühlten uns nach der einen Woche rundum erholt und werden sicher wieder kommen.
