Great overall

  • 4 of 5

Beauty full and much more than we expected.

Must say, in order to help the owner, that the kitchen sink faucet needs to be tightened to the sink before the faucet connections twist and fail..

That’s it. Wonderful comfortable place to stay with my family. We all enjoyed it!

Comfortable and well appointed

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed the location, the gourmet kitchen and the floor plan worked well for our family. The hot tub was great! The kitchen is well appointed. The bedrooms on the top floor did get a bit warm with daytime temps outside in the mid 70s. Fans are available which were helpful.

We were heading to a wedding and there was no iron or ironing board.

Furniture, beds and decor updated and clean. We had an issue with hot water due to a gas issue in the area, this was handled well by the management company by offering us a location to shower if the gas issue was not fixed in time.

The ice maker did not make ice.

Overall, we would recommend this location and management company.

Very nice house, great layout and location

  • 4 of 5

House is large, laid out perfectly for a big group (even though we didn't have one), is in a really convenient location as a skiing home base and is very nice overall.

Great spot for a group ski trip!

  • 5 of 5

Our group found the home and the location to be ideal for our ski getaway. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the huge pluses was the fact that every bedroom had it's own private bathroom. 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths is a tough combination to beat for our group of 6. We did sort of a couples getaway and it worked out really well.

The location of the home is great as well. We skied 3 days, a different ski area each day, part of the beauty of this location. Silverthorne, is a great city in it's own right but also sits near to some great ski resorts. We skied Keystone, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin while there. We could have easily hit Breck, Loveland, or even Vail/Beaver if we wanted to drive a little further. And yes we loved the hot tub after long days on the slopes!

The Summit Mgt. folks were also great to work with. They were highly responsive and made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend this home for a great family or group Colorado ski getaway!

Lots of space, couple of issues

  • 3 of 5

Pro: beautiful big kitchen, Con: Hardly anything stocked for you. We've generally stayed in VRBO's which are stocked much like your kitchen at home utensil-wise. EX.There were 4 wine glasses :/ The condo holds 12 people. Rooms, bathrooms, and mattresses were nice. Fold out couch mattress on the first floor was terrible. It is hardly a 2 car garage. We came with a pick-up and SUV and only the pick-up was able to fit. The hot tub was fabulous and enjoyed every night-even in the snow storm! The TV in the living room broke the first night. Someone came 2nd day. Couldn't fix it so we moved a smaller tv up from downstairs. The living room TV was finally repaired the day before we left. The water dispenser on the fridge broke the last day too. The location was great to Silverthorne & Dillon and Keystone was a very short drive so location was good. Very quiet. And we saw a coyote one evening up on the ridge.
