We completed our renovations to include: Paint, new Carpet throughout, and new living room furniture. Listing includes new pictures of the villa.

This 3 Bedroom/3.5 bath villa is located on the 1st hole of the Brigantine golf course and is a short walk to the clubhouse. Nestled in the gated community of Shipyard Plantation you will enjoy your stay at this spacious townhouse.

The first floor of our villa features large Living Room which includes a 46” high definition flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. A separate ½ bath and a wet bar is conveniently located on this level.

Our kitchen is well equipped for those guests who like to dine in during their stay. There is ample seating in both the kitchen dinette and separate dining room with a table that expands to seat 10-12. The covered patio area is easily accessible from both the dinette and living room and provides a private space to eat out and enjoy the lush landscape and golf view. A gas grill is provided for our guests.

The Master Suite located on the first floor has a Queen size bed with a separate vanity area and includes a tub/shower combination. A flat screen TV with DVD player is included for your anytime viewing.

The second floor includes two private suites. The spacious master bedroom includes a comfortable King size bed with a flat screen TV and DVD player. These is a large walk-in closet next to the vanity and the master bathroom. The additional guest suite features (2) twin beds with a separate vanity and bathroom combination. A large flat screen TV is for your viewing.

Evian is a popular vacation destination within Shipyard and Hilton Head. You will enjoy the old fashion gazebo and numerous benches overlooking the 5 acre lake. Shipyard features 27 holes of golf, miles of bike trails, private ponds for fishing ( as per the Shipyard Regulations, please do not wade or swim in the lagoons or ponds, due to the alligator population). There is a private beach access and parking for our guests. The five star rated Sonesta Resort and the world famous VanDerMeer Tennis Center are located within Shipyard and are just a short walk away.

The beach is spectacular with private access for Shipyard residents and guests.

You will have it all at 127 Evian – free tennis on lighted courts, pool, golf, bike trails and easy access to the beach.

There are many excellent restaurants close-by along with numerous shops and malls.

Please note: Guest is responsible for the propane for the gas grill!!!

Excellent ! A great vacation Villa !

A great place to stay in Shipyard plantation which has beautiful beach and easy access to all of the Island hot spots. We just recently stayed in this villa and i must say that overall it was the one of the nicest places we have stayed in a long time. There is more space than the pictures actually show. The kitchen had everything that you need for staying in and cooking and is good size. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The living and dining area are larger than it shows in the pictures. It was nice having a table for 6 with plenty of elbow room. The parking at the complex was easy accessible. The owner is local and can respond to any problems you have immediately, which we had none. Called a couple times with questions and always so helpful and nice, easy to work with. I would highly recommend this villa as we will be returning next year for another great time.

Good but needs improvments

We had a great week at HHI. This unit has some nice features, a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and nice dining room and kitchen furniture...but it also needs some serious thorough cleaning and updating in our opinion. The living room furniture was dirty as well as the carpet. The bathrooms need updating as the toilets looks very old (although unique as we had never seen square toilets before) and sink is cracked in the downstairs bathroom. The patio furniture also needs replacement and the patio needs to be swept before guests arrive. The unit is comfortable but seems to us is in need of a major update and investment to maintain it being a quality rental. Make sure you also receive a beach pass upon arrival(which we didn't receive or know to ask for) or you will not be allowed to park down near the beach entrance while you are at Shipyard. It's unfortunate that Shipyard did not see to making a reasonably spacious entrance for all their guests when they try to walk out onto the beach area. You only have room for 2 people without much gear to pass one another on the walkway. While we had some disappointments with this rental, we did have a good family week together, enjoying the pool, tennis, golf and beach....I hope the owners will invest some money in improving this unit to the quality we have had in other rentals in Evian.

Owner's Response: Although we take the comments of our guests seriously, we feel that we go the extra mile to make sure our villa is clean and in good working condition. I make every effort to speak to our guests on the 2nd day of their arrival. This guest never reported any irregularities during their stay. Based on the review posted by our guest in April, the villa was in perfect order. We know it is impossible to “please all the people, all the time”, but this review came as a total surprise. We do, in fact, plan to do some upgrades at the end of the season, so check back for the new pics posted after our changes. Regarding the beach hang tags, we pay an additional charge to allow our guests to park at the Beach Pavilion. The passes are controlled by Shipyard and it was their error. When the guest asked me for a pass the 2nd day of her stay, I made a phone call to Security and had her pass waiting for her. The beach area and Pavilion are a wonderful addition to the beautiful area of Shipyard Plantation, making this guest's critique quite shocking. Based on our past reviews, we feel that this review was unwarranted.

The photos do not do this beautiful condo justice. Everything exceeded our expectations: large, bright rooms, lovely and lovingly decorated, big, comfy beds, a kitchen amply equipped with everything you need , plus a kitchen nook with table and a dedicated dining room w/large table besides. The wonderful patio overlooking the golf course had a table for six and you could sit undercover or relax in the sun. In addition to each of the three bedrooms having their own private bathroom, there is also a powder room on the first floor which is so convenient for guests. Some condos look worn w/overused furniture, kitchenware and carpets. This condo looks brand new and we felt like we were first time renters. I wish we could move right in and live here! And, also very important, is the location. We could easily walk to the pool and the beach, even w/our 5 year old granddaughter. I cannot recommend this lovely home enough, and many thanks to the kindest owner, Deb, who went out of her way to help us however she could. Her condo was also priced lower than others and it, indeed, offered much more. We hopefully can return next year. You will love it!

Great place

This is my first rental experience with this host and I was amazed at how responsive she was. Very easy to deal with and I love her up front pricing with no surprises. Thie property was clean and well stocked and the location was great. Close to restaurants and the beach. Very large rooms and plenty of seating for a large family. Well organized kitchen and a nice patio area.. Will definatly be back.
