About Erin Busken
I have lived in Colorado my whole life. My husband & I have lived in a cool, old neighborhood that we love since we graduated from Regis University. (The extended Regis neighborhood.) I spend most of my time as Mom AKA chauffeur, housekeeper, cook, schedule coordinator, personal assistant. Ask my kids, I provide great customer service. I also manage our long term rentals in Denver. I love to read, garden, bake, exercise, see Dave Matthews Band concerts, visit Hawaii & a great Mexican meal.
Erin Busken purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Erin Busken chose Frisco
We fell in love with Frisco Labor Day Weekend 2014 while staying at a friend's condo. After a "magical" family bike ride to Lake Dillon, we decided this was where we wanted our family's 2nd home to be. Frisco's location can't be beat wiith easy access from Denver & I-70. We were sold with the Mountain Side location & fabulous amenities. We love that we can walk to Main St. Some day we hope have our Frisco condo be a true second home. In the mean time, we are thrilled to share it with you & hope you treasure your time in Frisco & the Rockies as much as we have.

Comfy beds, plenty of space
Good location. Clean and well stocked.
Great Frisco condo for family fun!!!
My family spent a wonderful weekend in this Mountain Side condo! The accommodations were comfortable and the condo was well supplied with anything you might have forgotten at home. Comfy beds, good internet service, room enough for the 6 of us and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. About a 10-15 minute walk into Frisco, which was just about right for us all. We hope to book another stay next summer! Erin was very responsive to my questions and needs. High praise!
Clean, comfortable with great views
Great place to stay with amazing views. Impeccably clean and comfortable.
Great place to stay
Stayed for a week of snowboarding. Frisco is a short drive to more than enough resorts to keep you busy, and downtown is a great place to go after the lifts shutdown for the night. We had 4 adults and although we had our concerns about the square footage it ended up working out great for us. The stairs up to the 3rd floor was a little bit of a task on the first couple of days for me not used to the altitude but once you get a fire going.. all that tends to melt away.
5 of us stayed in the condo for the month of January (4x adults and one toddler). The apartment was great and perfect for our needs. It's well equipped and very comfortable and we all felt that the owners hospitality to make it a home from home was spot on. Although you don't have to have a car then I would say that it is recommended as the larger grocery stores are further away than Main Street. However, the condo is in a great location for the Main Street town, restuarants and shops and the bus stops to other towns and resorts.
We really enjoyed staying in the condo and in Frisco and would definitely recommend both to friends and family. Thank you
