4) Parking fees, and any other "Fees" that are regulated by the Home Owners Association is beyond our control, and those Fees are subject to change without notice.
5) All reservations require a credit card number to reserve a suite. You my pay by check, but a credit card is required to secure a reservation. We use a third party that has extremely high PCI compliant standards (Streamline Vacation Rental Software).
