There will be new condos and possibly additional stores completed in 2018. Hopefully this will not block too much of the view. This unit is in a prime location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, bowling alley, movie theater, local recreation center (gym, indoor swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing wall, etc.) and of course close to the FREE shuttle bus to Winter Park Ski Resort during ski season and for some special events during off season.
This is a 2 bedroom non-smoking 2nd floor unit (accessible by a private interior staircase within the unit) with views built in 2006 and with the following amenities to make you feel at home:
* Private 6 person hot tub on balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom.
* Attached and heated 1 car garage (fits up to a mid-sized SUV; additional parking near unit):
- No having to scrape ice/snow off your windshield.
- Unload your car at your own speed and no having to lug all your belongings down long hallways, icy stairs or into elevators.
- No need to store your items in a locker overnight, just keep it in the heated garage.
* Washer and Dryer in the unit.
* Kitchen stocked with all the basic cooking utensils and dishes to create a meal.
* 55'' HD TV in living room and 40'' HD TV in the master bedroom.
* Free Wifi
* Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
For those flying into Denver and don't want to rent a car, Home James Transportation offers shuttle service from DIA to Winter Park. Our condo is located right off the main road (Hwy 40) and near bus routes, hiking and biking trails. The closest restaurants are approx 400 feet away with many others within walking distance. In addition, Amtrak stops in Fraser (less than 5 minutes away) and there is taxi service in the area.

Downtown Winter Park Condo
We really enjoyed the location, the condo and all amenities (garage, hot tub and spacious living area). Easy for skiers to public transport to Winter Park resort. The grocery store within 1 block was a major plus as well as easy walking to a nice variety of dining establishments. Enjoyed working with the owners. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is to experiment with ski-in/ski-out condo at the resort.
My family and I stayed here for an entire week during Spring Break. We were amazed at how roomy and comfy the entire condo was. It had everything we could possibly need and made us feel just like home. The garage was great as we did not have to deal with the exterior climate. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone and made for an even more relaxing stay. Caroline and Maurice were very accommodating and maintained contact with us when needed. We are thankful that they opened up their home to us and look forward to many more stays!

Fantastic getaway (AS ADVERTISED)
The homeowners have everything you need in this house and then some. There was nothing we needed/wanted and didn't have. The hot tub was hot when we arrived and they provided ample instruction on everything. The bus route is close and easy to navigate as is the new market. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely return.
This property was the perfect size and had the perfect amenities for our ski weekend in winter park. The ski shuttle was so convenient and the location is so central to everything. Loved it!
The location was great. Super close to bus stop and grocery store. Condo came well stocked with essentials and the hot tub was amazing. Strip and Tail restaurant is in front of the property and delicious. Our only suggestions would be get darker blinds for the bedrooms, and work on the water pressure in the showers. Construction is present at nearby locations which can be noisy, but I have read that should be complete soon. Overall a very pleasant experience!
