Serene and modern 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house. 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds, can accomodate up to 4 people. 650 sq. feet space is your oasis right in the middle of the urban city of Seattle. The whole unit is well insulated so its cool in the summer and toasty in the winter!
Soft linens, clean fluffy towels, full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Complimentary local coffee beans for your morning cup of joe to get your morning in seattle off to a good start!
Wifi, TV and blue ray player are provided. Plenty of art and design books to enjoy. On a sunny day hang out on the outdoor deck and watch the ferry boats go by on Elliot Bay. Under the stars on a warm evening roast marshmallows in the backyard fire pit.
Each bedrooms have soft and clean linens for each queen sized bed. Washer and Dryer in the unit (for reservations over 5 days please) Fully stocked kitchen with flatware, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Brand new appliances! For your peace of mind, we have provided a first aid kit and an emergency kit equipped with water and food. Private entrance off the main house. 7 minutes to downtown, 5 minute walk to Whole Foods Interbay and Rapid D bus line. Has a view of Elliot Bay!

About Emily Chou Lee
My husband and I renovated this house when we purchased it - doing a lot of the finishes ourselves. I am a designer and currently renovating our 4th space. I love restoration and bringing in modern touches and adding in artistic features. I also love hosting and creating a home for out of towners. I have 2 young children - Juniper and Oliver so creating a home of ease and fun is important to me.

You'll love our cozy space! Its simple and modern with clean lines. The walk out deck is a nice retreat from the bustling city- the very few large spaces left in city centre (just look at the town homes next door!) - there also a view of Elliot Bay! This unit is completely private is truly a little getaway from the urban city life.

Cool Neighborhood, quiet with free street parking!
This was a great place to stay, Close to a lot of really cool breweries and restaurants. Also a quick jump across the bridge to Ballard and Freemont! The place was immaculate and has a great view!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place. Very comfortable, very cozy, well-appointed, and close to everything. I hope it is available the next time I'm searching for a place in Queen Anne.
Cute, great amenities, cozy in convenient location!
I stayed at Emily's great 2 bedroom mother-in-law suite for 4 months. It's a great location in queen anne/interbay- close to downtown, ballard, freemont. The place is cozy but worked well for 2 of us to live there comfortably for 4 months in the separate bedrooms. This place is well fitted with a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, and blu-ray player. Emily is extremely accommodating and helpful should any questions or concerns arise. We rarely had any problem with street parking but it is also close to bus stations should public transportation be more you thing. The largest drawback is the exterior noise. As this apartment is located below the main house, you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and it is also located close to train tracks and ports so you do get the train and boat noise. This never bothered me but worth noting if that type of thing does concern you.
Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and feel lucky that I found it. I look forward to staying again next time I am in town!
Great location, just as advertised!
This property was in a great central location and made it very easy to get to several different parts of the city. The apartment was very cleaned, well maintained, and just as advertised. The owner was very responsive by email. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family visiting Seattle. I travel to Seattle 2-3 times a year and plan on staying here again!!!
