This is one of the closest Hidden Creek condos/townhomes to The Cabriolet Lift at The Canyons. Beware of any Hidden Creek properties that are NOT on Aspen Drive. Those on Cedar Lane, Summit Drive or even Willow Glen are a long walk to the Cabriolet -- downhill (which means uphill at the end of the day!) With those, you'll find yourself driving to the day skier parking lot. Red Pine condos are also a long walk down/uphill. Email me and I'll send you an aerial photo that shows what I'm talking about.

You are going to love this deluxe townhome. The location could not be better. Very close to free town shuttle stop. 100 (flat) yards from The Canyons People Mover lift which whisks you to the heart of The Canyons Village where you can ride the gondola up the mountain, walk around and shop, or eat dinner. In addition, you're right on a lovely stream -- the condo's living room opens up on to Aspen Creek and an expansive open area where kids love to play in the snow.

You'll love coming home and relaxing on the patio chairs or taking a Jacuzzi listening to the running water and looking out for the abundant wildlife that frequents the Aspen groves. When you're ready to go out, jump on the free town shuttle bus or take a short drive to Park City town center (or the Park City/Deer Valley lifts, all about 3 mi.away), the Olympic Winter Park (2 mi. away), or the factory outlet mall. You can also walk one block to the world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Golden Door Spa and get a day pass to use their facilities.

Enjoy your own PRIVATE hot tub, dry sauna, garage, and full-sized washer and dryer. In addition to the other amenities listed below, the condo has a ton of extras such as tasteful art and decor (including Mangleson wildlife photos), candles, light dimmers, chenille throws, electric blankets, humidifiers, ceiling fans, plenty of storage, all the cooking utensils you'll need, and games and videos for kids. In addition, we recently (2009) finished a COMPLETE INTERIOR REMODEL including granite countertops, slate flooring, new living room furniture, new bathrooms, two large plasma tvs, central heat, new appliances, carpet, paint and more. It looks great!

The bedrooms are large and tastefully decorated, with plenty of drawers, shelves and hangers. King bed in Master Bedroom (ground floor). Full/twin bunk with trundle in 2nd bdrm (ground floor). Queen bed in upstairs second Master Bedroom. The large loft has twin trundle beds. And there's a TV and VCR in the loft for the kids to enjoy. If you're all adults, the condo very comfortably sleeps 8 or 9.

The Canyons is now the largest ski resort in Utah and third largest in North America. It definitely has the shortest lift lines of all the nearby ski mountains. I promise, you'll love the wide ranging terrain and World Famous dry Utah powder. Check out The Canyons website to see all of the newest improvements.

Why Owner chose Park City

We bought this townhome because we love The Canyons ski mountain. It's the biggest ski resort in Utah, all the chairlifts and buildings are new, the terrain is varied and the lift lines are much shorter than at Deer Valley, Park City or other Utah resorts. We love the Hidden Creek complex due to its superb location and our particular townhome is in one of the best locations being so close to the Cabriolet lift and backing up to Aspen Creek.

What makes this Townhome unique

We love visiting our townhome. Once there, it feels like you're in a house, not a condo. Entrance, kitchen, living room, master bedroom and kids room are all on the ground floor. Sliding glass door opens up to the patio, hot tub, back yard area and Aspen Creek. It's very private and serene. It's also great having our own private sauna, full sized washer and dryer and garage. We love this place and so will you!

                                                                Easy access to the slopes of canyons via the Cabriolet and a lot less hectic than being over in Park City. Quiet location with convenient parking, a hot tub, and a BBQ. Perfect for a family. We had a wonderful time!

                                                                Fantastic location to ski the Canyons. 2 minute or less walk to Cabriolet to get up the mountain. Condo itself is very dated except the kitchen. Spiral stair case to loft is way small and difficult to manuever especially with bags. Difficult to keep heat at constant temp. Very dimly lit with small dining area. If it wasn't for the location we would have been very disappointed.

                                                                This condo was awesome for a ski trip! It easily accommodated 7 of us and the proximity to the free bus system in Park City and the people mover lift to get up to the mountain were fantastic!! Highly recommend if you want to spend time on the mountain!!

                                                                Comfortable and convenient - easy walk to Cabriolet lift

                                                                This property is very well setup for skiers visiting The Canyons side of Park City. The front door is closer to the Cabriolet lift than many parts of the parking lot for day visitors. When staying here, there is no need to move your car except to go to Whole Foods (10 minutes to the north), or to the several local grocery stores (10 minutes to the south). A number of good restaurants are also 10 minutes to the south, and just a little farther is downtown Park City. If you don't want to drive, there is a free shuttle bus every ten minutes from the Cabriolet lift directly to downtown Park City.

                                                                The main floor is ample, with two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, dining and living area. There is easy access to the hot tub in the back yard. Access to the 3rd bedroom and bath upstairs is via a narrow circular staircase that could be a problem for people with limited mobility. Also, watch your head when coming down.

                                                                Finally, the garage is very short and couldn't fit the SUV or minivan we had brought with us. Only a compact car or SUV would fit. There is a washer and dryer and heated storage for boots and skis in the garage.

                                                                Overall, we were very pleased with this unit. We would happily rent this unit again.

Fortunately there’s plenty of room to park a large vehicle in the driveway in front of the garage, plus several guest parking spots conveniently located in the cul-de-sac.
