The unit includes parking for one vehicle and just outside our front door you’ll find access to bus routes.
The front entry is spacious with storage for ski gear and equipment with access to a garage that houses laundry and more space for equipment and drying clothes. Stairs leading to the second floor with a private entry opens in to an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The space features a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and eating area. You’ll enjoy unobstructed mountain and tranquil pond views from the living room.
The main floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. Stairs lead to the third level where the master bedroom is located with an alcove off the master featuring a twin bed, a full closet and the second bathroom.
Location: a 10 minute walk to Creekside lift and village (or a two minute drive), grocery, liquor store, Starbucks, restaurant and other amenities. Walk down the hill in less than five minutes for your morning coffee at the new Tim Horton’s. Located across the street is award winning Rimrock Café with delicious food and great ambience. In the summer time, just a 15 minute walk to Alpha Lake and closer to Wayside Lake. From the triplex gain immediate access to the Valley Trail for walking or biking - it’s an easy 2.5km walk/bike ride to Whistler Village Centre.
We also note that there is a completely separate fully self contained studio suite off the main entry that you should not notice at all but our tenant may hear you.
