This family friendly townhome is comfortable and spacious and can sleep seven comfortably. Located conveniently off Highway 99 in the Whistler Highlands neighbourhood, this end unit of a private triplex rents the upper two floors. The unit includes parking for one vehicle and just outside our front door you’ll find access to bus routes.

The front entry is spacious with storage for ski gear and equipment with access to a garage that houses laundry and more space for equipment and drying clothes. Stairs leading to the second floor with a private entry opens in to an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The space features a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and eating area. You’ll enjoy unobstructed mountain and tranquil pond views from the living room.

The main floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. Stairs lead to the third level where the master bedroom is located with an alcove off the master featuring a twin bed, a full closet and the second bathroom.

Location: a 10 minute walk to Creekside lift and village (or a two minute drive), grocery, liquor store, Starbucks, restaurant and other amenities. Walk down the hill in less than five minutes for your morning coffee at the new Tim Horton’s. Located across the street is award winning Rimrock Café with delicious food and great ambience. In the summer time, just a 15 minute walk to Alpha Lake and closer to Wayside Lake. From the triplex gain immediate access to the Valley Trail for walking or biking - it’s an easy 2.5km walk/bike ride to Whistler Village Centre.

We also note that there is a completely separate fully self contained studio suite off the main entry that you should not notice at all but our tenant may hear you.

The townhome has a no smoking/no pets policy.

About Capitanio Family

Our family lives in Vancouver and we’ve enjoyed skiing Whistler/Blackcomb for 40 years. Two partners bought the vacant property in 1988 and developed the triplex and sold to a third owner. The two original owners still remain. Our unit has been primarily rented out for twenty years and then in 2010 it was renovated with updated flooring, painting and appliances. For the past five years our extended family has spent more time here with the second generation enjoying the space with our young families.

Whistler is an amazing all season place to spend time with family and friends. We love spending time in our townhome equally both winter and summer. It’s an easy 90 minute drive from the city straight down Highway 99 and we visit in winter time to ski and snowboard and in summer time we love the nearby lakes and the village.

What makes this townhome unique

The townhome is very comfortable and well laid out with excellent separation of the bedrooms to the living areas so some can sleep while others socialize. The entire third floor is made up of the master bedroom, full bath as well as an alcove featuring a twin bed where three people can sleep comfortably. It is a short drive or bus ride to the Village lifts and action, yet a very quiet and tranquil location. Also a very short walk or bike ride to the Valley Trail that leads to a few different lakes and Whistler Village just 2.5 km away.

Perfect location, nice unit

Great condo. In walking distance to Creekside was perfect. If you're looking to sample the bustle of the village only when you feel like it then I can't recommend this more. The space was perfect for us and we had a great week of skiing.

Comfortable and convenient option

This home has everything you need for a comfortable ski weekend. The location is a short walk from Creekside. It's a little far for ski-boot walking, but parking in Creekside was easy for us. The condo has a spacious common area, and the bedrooms are comfortable. It's nothing super fancy, but it has everything you need. The owners are very responsive and gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice and comfortable cabin

We stayed at this property for a week in December, 2015, and had a very positive experience.

- Very convenient location (walking distance) to Creekside Gondola and a very short drive to Whistler village

- Lovely walking trail in the back

- Comfortable and warm cabin: we enjoyed the living area with the sofas and television

- The kitchen was well-equipped and the dining area was great for having a few meals at home.

- The bedrooms were comfortable and great accommodations. It should be noted that the 7th single bed is in the master bedroom, not its own room.

- Nice separation of the "mudroom" downstairs from the rest of the cabin, which also helped keep the cabin nice and warm!

- Really helpful to have access to laundry and lots of towels.

- Lastly, our hosts were communicative and informed us about all of the details. The neighbours were also friendly!

Thank you for a delightful stay - we really enjoyed it!

Summer and Winter

This Condo has been perfect for our stay both in the Summer and Winter seasons. My family of four plus visitors we had from Hong Kong stayed comfortably and were so pleased with the central location. We were able to walk to Creekside and it`s a short 6 minute drive to the main village or a $9 cab ride. The home is bright, clean and spacious. The rooms are large and all with newer comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with necessities such as a coffee maker, plates, cutlery, everything we needed to make this a perfect vacation. I would recommend this home, I have never been disappointed, the Owners are lovely to deal with. I look forward to my next stay there.

CREEKSIDE CONDO A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Having now stayed twice at this Condo, I can fully recommed this property. Is in excellent condition, plenty of room and great location. The view from lounge amd kitchen area, particularly when snowing is beautiful !

The condo has everything my son , a friend and I required to enjoy two ski holidays.

I encourage you to book, will not regret it.

Comfortable and roomy

This property was everything we were looking for. It is comfortable, clean and cosy.The hosts got back to us quickly on our inquiry and they were friendly and helpful. We really liked the proximity to Creekside so that we could walk everywhere and leave our car. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to prepare food. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a conveniently located place close to Creekside and near a bus stop to visit the village. The tenant downstairs was friendly on the rare time we bumped into each other. I would stay here again with my group.
