This 1B/1B Condo is uniquely situated in a quiet location with spectacular views and outdoor adventure access, while staying close enough to city life to enjoy activities, restaurants, shopping and community events. With easy access to two major freeways, you can be anywhere from downtown Phoenix and East in about 25 minutes!
Inside your vacation home, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen ready for convenient cooking at home or eating takeout at the 4-person dining table. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and is entertainment ready with a 40" flat screen TV, equipped with cable. WiFi internet access is ready to go so you can stay in touch with everyone back home!
The bedroom features a queen bed with cable there on the 32" flat screen TV. There is a huge walk-in closet to stow away your luggage and hang clothing . There is also an air mattress provided for one additional sleeper -- the walk-in closet is so big, the mattress could sleep one in there for additional privacy.
There is a heated pool and hot tub spa, central laundry and assigned, covered parking for your vacation home, as well. The condo complex is extremely quiet and peaceful. The extra-dark skies offer a beautiful star-gazing experience nightly.
Walk across the street to the Recreation Center for indoor exercise: weight lifting, running, exercise equipment, basketball, organized yoga, dance, and exercise classes, pickle ball, billiards, etc. The library is right across the street, as well.
Within 3 miles you can visit: several locally-owned restaurants, groceries, drug stores, Walmart, Village Inn, Waffle House, fast-food of all kinds, Starbucks, local shopping and antiques, Cowboys Up restaurant with live music, full menu, bar and billiards.
Within 5-7 miles you can visit: Two 15+ movie theaters, Kohls, Bed Bath N Beyond, Pet Smart, Staples, Hallmark, a major regional mall with the typical Anchor stores, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Golden Corral, Cheesecake Factory, Fuddruckers, and so much more!

The condo is very close to our own home, so we can take extra special care of it and our guests. We know the local areas and can recommend places to go, eat, shop and have fun. The condominium complex offers all the amenities that our guests might need, and is quiet, beautifully landscaped, exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The complex is extremely popular with long-term winter guests, with many staying here year-after-year because they like it so well.

Apache Junction Condo
Condo was comfortable and in a great location for us. Television had tons of channels to choose from and the wi-fi was fast in the mornings and later in the day. Neighbors were very friendly. Melody had a welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived which was unexpected and very thoughtful.

Apache Junction "Home"
The facility was attractive and homey. We found it to be satisfactory IF comfortably "used." The view of Superstition Mountain from the facility was beautiful. We would go back if we needed a home -away-from-home in that area again.
Clean Quiet One Bedroom Unit Close to Shopping And Stores
This unit is very nice. It is located on the north eastern edge of Apache Junction. It is easily accessible from North Idaho street yet away from all the noise and congestion along that road. It is close to stores, shopping, and gas stations for your convenience. It is quiet. The unit is a one bedroom with a fold out couch (which we didn't use.) The wifi and cable TV channels were excellent. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep you comfortable as well. The unit has a large walk in closet with lots of room for storage. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances to make your stay comfortable. The bathroom located right off the bedroom was clean and has the standard tub and shower, single sink combination. The bed is a queen sized bed but it did not meet our comfort level; it took a few days to get used to the noise it makes when you turn over. Overall, a very nice unit. We would stay there again.
Apache Junction Condo
Great place, great host, location is excellent for Apache Junction activities. We were visiting family and have already recommended it to other family members planning to visit the area. Would definitely go to Phillys Rest. and Goldmine Ghost Town again. Thanks for a great place to stay.
This home has excellent access to outdoors adventures. It is within walking distance of the Tonto National Forest; within 25 miles of 2 major lakes for boating and water sports; hiking, biking and rock climbing are within 3 miles. It is within 3 miles of a major horse/rodeo show facility.
The Multigenerational Recreation Center and Prospector's Park are within 1 mile and offer a wide variety of organized and/or drop-in sporting and exercise activities for all ages.
We are 25 minutes or less from Spring Training Riverwalk Park; 5+ casinos; all types of major shopping and outlets; downtown Phoenix museums, art galleries, event centers, zoo, water parks; golfing; horseback riding; and virtually any activity you can think of. With easy access to two major freeway systems, you can be almost anywhere east of Phoenix quickly and easily.
