INSIDE THE HOUSE
Sprawl out on comfortable couches in two separate living areas. Watch the flatscreen TV, or sit by the fire and enjoy the tranquil forest view. The dining area opens to a large deck with patio seating and a grill. The kitchen is sure to please even the most discerning chef, with ample granite counters, new stainless steel appliances and an island for even more room.
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with its impressive king-sized poster bed and ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms are downstairs - one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with a twin-over-full bunk bed (perfect for a family with kids). There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the second living area.
Both bathrooms are newly renovated with tiled tubs and contemporary vanities.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
The home also has a large garage available to store all of your toys. Mountain bike to Mr Toads Wild Ride and other local trails, or paddleboard or kayak Lake Tahoe, Echo Lake, or Fallen Leaf Lake.
Centrally located in South Lake Tahoe near a wide range of alpine activities, our home is close to world-class biking trails just beyond the front yard! NOTE: This home has a steep driveway. Four-wheel-drive with snow tires or chains is highly recommended during winter months. There is NO STREET PARKING; cars will be towed at owners' expense.

In response to El Dorado County's ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License #2134. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable County occupancy is 8 people and 3 cars (enforced 24 hours per day); over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
