About the property

Condo, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, Sleeps 4

Gearing up for a trip to the Emerald City? This stylish condo with shared amenities near the waterfront provides a great place from which to see the Seattle sights.

Located in Belltown, only a block from the waterfront, this Seattle condo is right in the thick of things. The Space Needle, Westlake Center, Pike Place Market, and the Washington State Convention Center are all within walking distance, and the rest of the city is easy to get to by car or public transit.

The quiet contrast between light and dark woods and the huge windows make for an attractive space to relax. Sit on the couch and see what's on cable, or pop in your favorite DVD. Sign onto the WiFi and look up restaurant reviews, or head to the kitchen to prepare a meal. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessaries as well as a coffeemaker, french press, blender, and mixer, so don't confine yourself to the basics. Pop the dishes into the dishwasher for an easy cleanup.

In the bedroom is a comfortable queen bed; a sofabed in the living room brings the total number of guests who can stay up to four. A dog of up to 75 pounds may join you for a small nightly fee. There's even a pet wash station among the building's amenities and a private washer/dryer for you, so it's easy for everyone to stay neat and clean.

The ArtHouse building has a number of shared utilities for you to take advantage of. Use the grill on the roof, or lounge by the fireside and enjoy the view. Play games in the sky lounge, or grab a cup of the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.

Whether you're a couple or a family with kids, there's lots to see in the area. Take a gander at the Gum Wall, then visit the Seattle Children's Museum.

Book now and enjoy being in the thick of things for your dream Seattle vacation!

Note: While Seattle is a fairly temperate climate, please be aware that this vacation rental does not offer air conditioning. Fans are available if needed.

About Vacasa, WA - Seattle Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location, nice space!

The view of Elliott Bay was lovely! The apartment was well situated just a short walk from Pike Place Market, but it was very quiet. It was easy to catch an Uber or Lyft at any time of day or night. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay near the action.

The u it's are in a secured building where you need a fob to enter. Once in the lobby you'll find it very eelcoming where there us a coffee machine you can use at will. A veriety of places to sit relax ir conduct business.
It's centrally located with short walking distance to most attractions like Space Needle, Chiluly Glass and Garden (a must see), Wheel, Olympic Sculpture Park, Piles, Pioneer Neighborhoods, UPS gardens, Smith's Tower and so much more.
The unit we stayed in had a view of the port where watched the show and ferries go by. The sunset was beautiful the day we were actually in the unit.
The patio on the 8th floor is a perfect place to relax.
This is a place we
Seattle

 • 4 of 5

Overall, we had a good experience. The location was convenient to the major sights. We walked all over. It is noisy there, but had read that from other users. The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen, the furnishings were adequate and the bathroom was well appointed and stocked. (washer/dryer was a bonus). My only gripe is the confusion about on-site parking. We were lucky the Vacasa space was available to park. Had we had to park on the street or in the open lot behind building, I would not have felt comfortable doing so. Plus I would’ve been ticked to pay for that. Note to newbies- If you are driving in Seattle be prepared for some confusion. The streets are a little crazy! Have fun and enjoy the art and sites Seattle has to offer.
