The River Mountain Lodge offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. The lodge is located across the street from the end of the 4 O'Clock Run at corner of Park Ave. and Ski Hill Road, and just a stone’s throw from the Riverwalk Center and the new Breckenridge Creative Arts District! Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base, The River Mountain Lodge is the perfect combination of mountain serenity and convenience.

River Mountain Lodge E313 is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom deluxe condo featuring a spacious two-level layout that’s perfect for families and groups up to six — and, it’s been beautifully updated, including new granite countertops in the kitchen (and all bathrooms) and new appliances. The living area features a gas fireplace, a large LCD TV and Blu-ray player, making it a great place to relax after your day on the slopes. The full kitchen has new granite counters, new appliances and everything you need to whip up great mountain meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

There are balconies off the living area and master suite. You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (two cars) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs.

Simply put, you won’t find a nicer condo at River Mountain Lodge. Add in a great downtown location, hotel amenities and ski-in/shuttle-out convenience, and River Mountain Lodge W313 is the perfect choice for your mountain getaway!

SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.

- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

- Parking: 1 underground space total.

- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

It was a cute, cozy condo in a good location for skiing. There were six of us who shared the condo. The beds were comfortable but I was told the pull-out-couch was not. There were three full bathrooms which was nice for six people. My only negative comment would be that the couch and chair were not that comfortable to sit in and it was hard to cut into a squash because the knife was rather flimsy. The property was very clean and the staff where you pick-up/drop-off the keys were friendly and helpful.

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was in a great area, surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars, and of course, a short bus ride to the lifts. You can even ski in using the 4-O'Clock run off Peak 8! I highly recommend the River Mountain Lodge.

Everything was great. The only thing that could make it better is if there was more seating in the living area. I know the area is small, but the unit sleeps six, but there is only living room seating for three. Also, the couches and arm chair are getting kind of dirty, could use a good steam clean.

We stayed two nights in this condo. The location is stellar. It's less than 100 yards from the center of Breckenridge's Main Street. There is plenty of food, shopping, and a gondola within walking distance. Two cons to be aware of- 1) the unit doesn't have AC. If you're staying here during the summer, it is tough to get it cooled. 2) The elevator was down during our stay. The property manager did give us adequate notice that the elevator was down and let us know the front desk could help us take our bags up. Unfortunately, the front desk was swamped when we arrived so I ended up carrying all of our bags up- that is 4 flights of stairs from the garage to the 3rd floor. Normally, I would chalk up the elevator to just bad timing; however, we spoke to a few people living in the building and they said the elevator has been down for over a month with no clear answers about when it would be repaired. Honestly, if I had known how rough the elevator/stairs situation was going to be, I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.

We were given short notice of this that it was going to be down during your stay. Unfortunately none of our properties have AC but we do provide fans. In the future please give us a call as we would be happy to provide more if needed. And I am sorry there was no luggage assistance. Thank you again.
