On The Hook is an impeccably decorated home located in the Crossings' district of the WaterColor community. Immediately upon entering the home, there is no mistaking you are at the beach! On The Hook is thoughtfully furnished with beach inspired decor, calm and soothing colors, and super cozy furniture so you can kick back and relax in total comfort. The spacious, open floor plan living area makes entertaining a breeze! With 3 master bedrooms, 1 bunk bedroom, 2 living areas, 3.5 baths and 2 beautiful porches, the home has plenty of room for up to 10 guests, sleeping 8 in beds and 1-2 additional guests on the pull out sofa sleeper in the upstairs den. Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from the comfort of the screened in front porch or take a leisurely bike ride through the beautiful streets of the community. A short 1-2 minute walk will take you to the Crossings' community pool just around the corner. The sugar white beaches and stunning Gulf of Mexico are a brief car or bike ride away as are fabulous shopping and dining venues in WaterColor's Town Center and the neighboring Seaside community.
On the first level of the home, the spacious living area is furnished with comfy, oversized couches and a large flat screen TV. The open floor plan living space flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The dining table has seating for 6 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4 guests. At the back of the home, there is a Guest Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with top of the line Whirlpool washer and dryer, a small desk area and a half bathroom. Head outside to the screened-in front porch for some relaxing outdoor lounging. The screened-in porch features a swinging twin-sized daybed, flat screen TV, Adirondack chairs and a ceiling fan, perfect for lazy afternoons.
On the second level of the home, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a second living area. The Master Bedroom is the perfect haven for you to unwind after a long day in the sun. The Master is at the front of the home and includes a King bed, private bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, plenty of closet space and a private open air balcony overlooking the quiet streets of the community. Comfy chairs and cocktail tables create the perfect retreat for you to sip your morning coffee and the ceiling fan can cool you off on hot summer days. At the back of the home, there is another Guest Master Bedroom featuring a King bed and a full bath with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The Guest Master Bathroom is also accessible from a separate hallway door that leads to the Den and Bunk Room area. The Den and Bunk Room are nestled between the two Masters on the landing at the top of the stairs. The Bunk Room has 2 built in twin beds and a flat screen TV. The Den provides an additional living area complete with a Full/Queen sleeper sofa for 1-2 additional guests and a flat screen TV.
Behind the home, you have designated parking for 2 vehicles, a gas grill, a bike rack and an outdoor shower-head. This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! (This is for reservations booked after July 6, 2018. Reservations booked before this date may or may not include the bikes. Please call our reservations office for more details and to see if bikes were included at the time you booked.)

***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed. WaterColor will only issue 2 parking passes per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public off street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
The WaterColor community has grown in popularity, becoming a leading 30A community and a favorite among guests from all around the world. With approximately 1,000 people per day using the Beach Club alone, the Board has decided it is time to expand the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor amenities. ***Projected plans are shown in the photos for this home.
Camp WaterColor Expansion Project: Construction began in late Feb 2018 and the projected completion will be early 2019 prior to Spring Break. However, dates are not guaranteed since delays could occur. The Camp pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts will be completely closed for the duration of the project. Once open, the project may open in phases, meaning not all amenities are guaranteed to be available at the same time. The lazy river is not anticipated to be complete until Summer 2019 or later.
Beach Club Project: The Beach Club and pool will be closed starting on 9/4/18. The complete expansion is projected to take between 12-24 months. The Beach Club and pool areas will be completely closed during the first phase of the project, which is projected to last until early summer 2019. Plans include opening the beach club area in phases with at least one pool available around early Summer 2019; however, dates have not been announced and could change at any time during construction. The HOA has confirmed beach access will still be available in the same location, adjacent to the Beach Club. Towels will be distributed from a check-in gate on the boardwalk. Bike parking will still be available on the lawn in Town Center. Resort and homeowner beach chair rentals will be handled on the beach at the Beach Hut. Food and beverage will be available from Fish Out Of Water, which is now accessible from the boardwalk.
***Keep in mind, there are multiple pools and play areas throughout the WaterColor community so you will still have access to the open pools and parks.
Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
- PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
- 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Except for a 5% cancellation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancellations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions apply. Ask for details. (Insurance is Optional.)
- Concierge services are available. We recommend arranging rentals and services as far in advance as possible as some services are limited.
