Why John Rudick chose Prospect Heights
Location, Location, Location!!! Prospect Park and Brooklyn Botanical Gardens are amazing! You are in the heart of Brooklyn but the park is such a great getaway for running, biking, sunning, going on a picnic, , boating, etc. Our home is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in ALL of NYC area. Very diverse offerings and great shops that are not as mainstream as Manhattan.
What makes this Condo unique
Original Pre-War Charm with modern updates and decor. Proximity to EVERYTHING including subway, Prospect Park, Zoo, Barclay Center, Shops, Restaurants, etc. Since we are a Pre-War building there is no Elevator (not too common in Pre-War buildings). We are on the 4th Floor. We enjoy the walk up, especially after a full meal, but please note that we do NOT have an elevator.

Had a great time in these apartments, caring owners, cozy and comfortable atmosphere, convenient location near the park and the subway, bright and lovely place.
Great Location Great Place
My wife and I rented this flat for the month of June and really had a great stay in NY. The feature attractions and pleasures for us were the proximity to the park (a huge place with a great variety of bike and walking paths), the botanical gardens, the excellent restaurants, and a 40 min door to door commute into mid town Manhattan via the #2 subway train (3mins walk to the station). The flat is nicely decorated with a very usable kitchen / dining space. For some traveling up and down 4 flights of steps would be a non-starter - but we didn't mind and noticed we got stronger over the course of the weeks, a nice side benefit. The owner, John, was very responsive. We would be glad to make a return stay here.
This apartment is comfortable and has everything and it’s location cannot be beat. The owner was attentive and helpful.
Wonderful apartment! Wonderful location!
This apartment is absolutely charming and perfect.
It is equipped with anything you might need. The
location is wonderful. You can walk to all the shops
and restaurants of Park Slope and Crown Heights
easily. And of course, the beautiful Prospect Park
is right there! Trains into the city were easy and fast.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. We definitely
would love to return! It was a pleasure dealing with
the owner, John. Thank you!
Great experience and great hosts!
John was phenomenal and the place was the cleanest location we have ever visited. Our family was there for three months and couldn't have asked for a better experience in a better location!
This apartment was more than spacious enough for our family of four. Very clean and cosy.
We had a wonderful stay in Prospect Heights in this lovely, cosy and newly renovated condo. It was in a great location for getting into Manhattan (Subways 2 3 and B and Q both very close by). It was also a great location to explore the sites of Brooklyn (Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens) and its wonderful neighbourhoods. There are stores, cafes and restaurants aplenty very close by to suit all budgets and tastes. The apartment itself was quiet and very comfortable. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of site seeing. All the amenities were great with nice little extras including a laundry card with money on it and free passes for the Botanical Gardens). We found the owners extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful. If you're looking for accommodation for a couple of weeks in New York City, this is a great place to base yourself.
Short 10 minute walk to Barclays Center Brooklyn on Flatbush. 2 minute walk to Prospect Park.
