Our incredible condo/vacation home is located in Paseo, a vibrant, uniquely designed community in the heart of South Fort Myers off Daniels Parkway. Close to shopping, the beaches and all the attractions of Southwest Florida, Our community is one of the most exciting places to live and vacation in Fort Myers Our incredible condo/vacation home is located on the last quad of the resort closest to the community center. You will feel the comfort and luxury a soon as you enter the property of Paseo.

My wife and I have been vacationing all over the Caribbean and the USA for years, always looking for the place we would call our “Retirement Home Away from Home”. We stumbled upon "PASEO" through friends we met in Cancun. Our condo was built in October 2015 with all first class amenities that we were able to pick out ourselves. Paseo has a true resort feel, like you are always on vacation, and is close to shopping, the beaches, the airport and all the attractions of South West Florida.

Our home is a split level “Santa Cruz” model town-home. It is located on a “Quad” and has its own semi-private pool and relaxing area. There are only 20 of these models and the floor plan is what has made this the most sought after model in all of Paseo. It is the only model that boasts a lovely 2nd floor lanai/balcony overlooking your semi-private pool, as well as a front porch. With 1800 sq. ft. of multi-level living space that include 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It also has large closets and an over sized 2 car garage. This town home features stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, granite, tile on the diagonal in the main living areas, custom paint, upgraded fixtures and decorator fans and window treatments.

Venture out of your QUAD area and visit the Village Center. The Village Center is the heart and Soul of Paseo. About Gary Persinger

My wife Lisa and I were married in April of 2007 and love to vacation. We have 2 children, Michael age 22 and Morgan age 19.. Lisa and I were looking for potential retirement areas and we were introduced to Paseo through new friends we met in Cancun. It was love at first sight! I am a general contractor in the Baltimore area and Lisa is a physician's assistant at a multi-specialty healthcare group specializing in primary care.

Why Gary Persinger chose Fort Myers

We visited Paseo a few times and decided that it felt too much like we were on vacation that this would be an ideal retirement community for us. We wanted a younger vibrant community with plenty of activities. But it was the resort style pool and private quad areas that blew us away.

What makes this townhome unique

We were lucky enough to purchase a Santa Cruz model town home that has both a front porch and a back lanai. It truly has the best of all the models in Paseo. We have the best view of the pool from the back lanai and have a northern exposure so we do not have that direct sun that runs you back inside. We have a quad pool as well so that you can have all the privacy of a small pool and barbecue area as well. it;s perfect!

Fabulous Community and Condo

We spent the month of November in Gary and Lisa’s condo. We loved the condo and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the private back lanai with the TV. The private pool was so convenient and the community center pool and tiki bar were fabulous. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this condo and community.

Wonderful Place!!

Condo at Paseo

Gary was a great person to work with. He was easy reachable when we had questions. Lovely three bedroom condo. Condo was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. I spent most of my time on the back Lani reading and watching TV. Beautiful pool and palm trees were right outside the kitchen and Lani. Gary had provided everything you needed including beach towels and bikes to ride around the neighborhood. We spent 6 wks there and plan to return next year at the same time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks, Gary for being such a great host.
