This house is a very cozy and charming bungalow that was built in 1928. Even though it has been updated, it still maintains a lot of it's original charm. It's in a prime location that is a mile away from Coors Field, which makes for an easy Uber or RTD ride. It's walking distance to many conveniences, restaurants, local breweries, 7Eleven, parks, and so much more! All 3 bedrooms have upgraded/top of line mattresses, sheets and comforters. The kitchen has all the dishes, gadgets and conveniences to make you feel at home. There are three TVs throughout the house loaded with a lot of cable channels, very high speed wifi internet included. Enjoy this private residence and feel at home, away from home. No smoking inside allowed, however there is a front porch and back patio that smoking is allowed.

I'm a Denver native, went to JFK High and graduated with a Bachelors from Metropolitan State University. This is the 1st home I ever purchased and I put a lot of time, money, love and dedication to getting it into the state it is in today.
Corinna purchased this House in 2000
Why Corinna chose Sunnyside
This house has everything you need and is close to everything within Denver. It is conveniently located near the I-25, I-70 & I-76 Interstates, there are 3 major bus lines that are just a couple blocks in radius, plus the light rail is just blocks away and will be finished in 2016.

Great house and great location
Cute cozy home. Great front porch and back patio to relax on. The location was very convenient to everything we needed on our stay there.
Myself and 2 other colleagues came into town for a convention at the Convention Center and had an awesome trip. The house is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and only a 10 minute trip to the Convention Center. Way exceeded our expectataions!!
Stay like a local!
My family really enjoyed staying here. It was perfect for the 5 adults and 1 child. The girls stayed in the 2 rooms upstairs and the guys stayed down stairs in their own beds as well. We weren't here long enough the enjoy the neighborhood, but we came for a Dodger v Rockies game and it was close enough to Coors Field for us. I would recommend this place to a good size group that wants to stay in a home near Downtown Denver!
great location and plenty of space!
This house has a great front porch and backyard area for hanging out. There are two craft beer places within walking distance, just around the corner! Plenty of places for people to stay and two full bathrooms. Definitely recommend this house - and would book again if needed!
Lovely cozy bungalow conveniently located near downtown Denver!
This was a great little place located conveniently to downtown Denver and local freeways and beyond. There were fun local eateries and breweries, and Coors arena is less than two miles away. It is an older brick home in a quiet neighborhood.
It appears that the basement has recently been refurbished and is close to being finished. There were five of us and it would have been cozy for eating if we didn't have the outdoor covered patio and amazing weather for alfresco dining. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils and a keurig coffee machine. The beds were comfortable with lots of fluffy towels provided. Wi fi was great and TV options were plentiful if you are around enough to use them.
The owner was very responsive when contacted with questions too. Overall a delightful stay here at Sunnyside Up in Denver!
Great location, lots of space, great front and back patio
Would stay here again
