This platinum vacation rental is conveniently located beside the golf course, on the free bus line, walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort, shopping, and the Sundance Film Festival. We also have a 3 bedroom next door (498598) and a 3 and 5 bedroom town homes at the top of Main St. (102709 & 355362) As well as a 2 bedroom All Seasons Condo (387693), and 1 and 2 bedroom condos at at The Canyons (154928 & 740611).

To make your vacation as healthy as it is enjoyable, we've used 'green' paints and all-natural American Clay on the walls. The cathedral ceilings in the living room and bedrooms are lined with cedar planks. Floors are travertine, bamboo, and 100-percent wool carpet. The kitchen features Bosch Euro-style appliances, quartz counters, and wood cabinets. Bathrooms in each master suite are tiled in stone and feature radiant-heated floors. The open layout with 24 ft ceilings create a peaceful environment for socializing and relaxing. Beds feature memory foam mattress pads, down comforters and 400 thread count linens. The condo also features three flat-screen televisions with Blu-Ray players throughout. This sleek and serene environment was designed by one of Park City's elite designers, TLM Interiors. So if you find yourself not wanting leave the couch to battle the crowds on Main Street after a day of skiing, golfing or catching the latest Sundance indie flick, don't feel guilty that's how we designed it.

This is Park City lodging at its finest, on the free bus line, where you can walk to Eagle Lift or take the free shuttle one stop, steps from your door to Payday Lift. Situated on the border of charming Old Town with its four-star dining, world-class shopping, and unique art galleries and only a snowballs throw from A-Fresh Market, Starbuck's, and Squatters Brew Pub.

Our home away from home offers inspiring mountain views and all the amenities you'd expect expect in a luxury rental, steps from Park City Mountain Resort. With an annual snowfall of 500 plus inches, the rest of Park City's amazing powder skiing at The Canyons or Deer Valley is a short bus ride away. The Nordic track also runs right past your doorstep if cross country is your style. So come share Utah with us and ski, golf, bike or whatever your pleasure is, enjoy Park City at Park Ave 318 beside the golf course.

Great town and a growing economy. We work and play in Park City and see Park City as an ever expanding town with wonderful investment potential. We just love living here. It is an amazing place.

What makes this condo unique

Lotsa powder. We ski upwards of 50 days in the winter. We love that we can ski the morning and ski down to the condo and warm our toes in front of the fire. Summers are more beautiful than the winter and we spend a lot of time at the pool.

Great location, quiet, clean and well appointed condo

We spent the month of March 2017 at the condo and it was great. It had a well appointed kitchen, it was quiet, it was clean and had up to date furnishings. Easy to entertain in but also the layout allowed for privacy (the two bedrooms are spaced on different floors, one with a view and one with a balcony, each with private bathrooms) . Really close to the bus routes to the mountains and downtown and until the snow melted in late March, it was easy ski back to the Condo across the golf course ending in a short walk across the parking area. The community hot tubs and pool are right behind the unit, but shielded by the clubhouse, so they are quiet as well. Our only nit, as since we stayed for a month, a stronger vacuum cleaner and a few more kitchen towels should be added. Someone staying for a week wouldn't have noticed that though. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Gorgeous Condo walking distance to everything in Park City

We stayed here for three nights with our two children. the condo is beautifully furnished and very roomy. The mattresses were very comfy, kitchen great for a large family as there is lots of seating and very open for entertaining. There were Blue Ray DVD players in every room which was great for watching movies for the kids. The market is right across the street and the free bus to the lift stops out front. You can walk to the other lower lifts and it takes a bout five minutes. They really did a good job with this place as we have stayed at other Park Avenue condos and this is definitely the nicest one. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, loved the radiant heat as no need for a humidifier in the Utah dry climate. We will return!

The quality we have come to expect was sadly lacking this year.

This unit was run-down, with a clear lack of attention. The internet was sketchy, cabinet doors were falling off, neither closet would close, the furnace/heat would not cool down so the unit was always 78 degrees F or hotter unless we left the windows open, and one of the showers didn't have a shower head, resulting in a late night blast of icy water into my fact. Would stay at the condos again but not in this unit.

Owner's Response: This group was a complete nightmare to host. They have rented from us for years and complained about everything from day one this year. I had to replace a shower head and they made a big todo over it. Not sure about the icy blast. Just a broken shower head that we fixed immediately. I also had the plumber come out because they complained about the toilets which were fine after paying the plumber $250. This review they left was simply a malicious attack and completely unwarranted. See other reviews as the model is gorgeous and completely remodeled. They didn't ask me how to turn down the heat which is clearly marked. Well, cant please everyone.

Highly recommend both the property and Park City Utah Vacation Properties. The process leading up to our check in was seamless. They were accessible, knowledgable and fair. The property itself was terrific. Clean, well furnished and equipped, and everything in great working order. Exactly as promoted and promised. In addition, its proximity to town, Park City and the Canyons made the property even more ideal. Thank you PCUVP for making our Park City experience spectacular.

The Perfect place to stay!

The place has an excellent location, with everything you need just a few blocks away. It is beautifully decorated and clean. The manager is very kind and always willing to help and accomodate your needs. Will definitelly stay at this condo again when returning to Park City!
