Pleasant Surprise In Eureka Montana
On a recent road trip we needed a place to stay in our around Eureka, Mont. My wife saw the listing for a Barn Loft suite and we contacted Jacques who unfortunately told us it was already rented but he did have some Tipi's available. With two young children we said Yes just for the experience. Our travel plans that day were slower than expected, plus going east we lost an hour to Daylight Savings so we didn't anticipate arriving until close to 9 pm. Jacques was very accommodating and personally met us when we arrived even though he was hosting a dinner party for his friends who helped him with his horses during a recent bush fire in the area. He showed us the Tipi's where we would be staying and to be totally honest, they were nicer than some hotel rooms we've stayed at. We brought our own sleeping bags, but Jacques also supplied fresh blankets and towels. Jacques also has built an outdoor kitchen to use with everything you can imagine a kitchen needs. There is a also an outdoor shower with on demand hot water that was a refreshing start to another day of travel. We wished we could of stayed longer and enjoyed the amenities but we will definitely put Jacques place on our list to revisit on our next trip through Eureka, Montana.
Thank you for your kind words
you and your family will always be welcome Montana way in our ranch , and my dream because "Spotted bear " is just the realization of a kid's dream .
