The two family house on the lower edge of the Lumbrein community, offers a picture perfect view. Only flying takes you higher. The Péz Terri on the right side and Péz Regina right across built the framework of the surrounding natural beauty. The traditionally built farmhouse is about 200 years old. There the grandparents already used to lead an inn. The old wood panelling, wooden floors and a soapstone fireplace are part of the right part of the house and deliver an inimitable charm. Also the partition is traditional; the living area is split into an eat-in kitchen and a living room, in the centre you'll find the entry hall and the soapstone fireplace. The steep staircase leads you upstairs into 2 double bedrooms, one above the kitchen in a walled room, the other lower one, south facing and above the living room with lots of wood. (knitting construction). This fairytale house also boats an attic, up here, in this small, romantic double bedroom, the world is far far away.
