Very comfortable for four
Located in an area of businesses and art studios, this very quiet location. Despite being on a ground floor, there were several skylights, lots of windows. The bath was very small, but worked fine. Kitchen is great to cook in. The back yard hosted a visit each evening from a hummingbird.
Great location, lovely space
Great trip. Particularly appreciated all the help received after I inadvertently locked myself out the first morning. Enjoyed it all.
The place was exactly as described. No surprises. Slept 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Would definitely rent again if we ever came back out.
Bathroom was tight but everything was clean.
Pleasant Sausalito Stay In Unusual Location
Overall we enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment, although it had the smallest bathroom and shower I've ever seen. It's not exactly waterfront, as your view is blocked by warehouses and businesses - definitely off the beaten path. But it's right next to the eclectic houseboat community and just a quick five minute drive to downtown Sausalito. Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequate, nice dining area, and a couch with a big TV made for a huge improvement over a cramped hotel room. Even has a little courtyard with a picnic table and grill, although I wasn't sure if this was just for the apartment or a common area for all the tenants. If you're looking for an economical stay in Sausalito for 2-3 people and don't mind being in an industrial area, this is the place for you.
Cozy clean and perfect for our 10 day stay in San Fran
Great location, despite having to drive to the ferry, but a great price for what you get. supermarket around the corner, house boats everywhere, great internal setup and spotlessly clean. Yes the bathroom is small but the water pressure is terrific and it all seemed to work well
Nice. Quiet. Clean.
Except for the teeny tiny bathroom the rooms were big and spacious.
Would stay again. Felt comfortable and very homey.
Located on Sausalito's waterfront in an historic building, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the "salty" side of Marin County. The famous Houseboat docks, fishing docks and yacht harbors are just steps away.
