This is a charming 2 bed, 1 bath craftsman home located in the Historic Downtown area of Montrose Colorado, home of the Black Canyon National Park. You will find yourself nestled in the valley between three major ski regions to include Telluride, Powderhorn and Crested Butte which are within an hour drive. During Spring, Summer, and Fall, the hiking, fly fishing and golfing are unparalleled. These are just some of the amenities right outside your door.

We offer a wide array of amenities to include a fully fenced back yard, washer & dryer, secure parking, WiFi, and the location is within walking distance to the Historic Downtown area, the hospital, movie theaters and parks.

Come and visit us on the forgotten side of the Rockies where you are sure to be enchanted and taken back in time to a slower pace and uninterrupted views of mountains and plateaus as you explore the area.

This house is yours for your visit. Please treat it as you would treat your own home.

We just live a few blocks away, if you need anything please let us know.

I love that there is a bike path on the same block. If you take it to the South, it will take you to the pavilion and the botanical garden. If you take it to the North it will take you to Main Street and a little further to one of the best family parks in Montrose.

Easy access to many of the areas attractions

My husband and I had a 3-night stay here to take in the Black Canyon National Park and other outdoor activities. The location provides ready access to many of the areas attractions. Our communication with Kendra was prompt and the check-in process smooth. We were even able to check in an hour early which was much appreciated. This is an older home in an older part of Montrose. We did not have time to spend in the outdoor space, but would likely not have done so, given the cleanliness of the furniture and backyard property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we could have needed and the living area is very comfortable. It should be noted that the bathroom is extremely small and was sufficient for 2 people but would have been a challenge with additional guests.

Great little home away from home

We stayed at Kendra’s place while attending a wedding in the area and it was just perfect for our family. It had more than what we needed and was super comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cute Cottage

The house was very cute, clean, and comfortable. It was close to everything. Yard was great for our bulldogs, so glad to have a place we could stay with them. Easy to get in and communicate with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Very Pleasant Home

My wife our English Springer Spaniel & myself really enjoyed our stay .Kitchen , bedroom & backyard where very nice . Hope to go back next year .
