UPSTAIRS, (on the street level), is the main living area. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open and airy; a place where everyone can gather together. The living room has a wood stove, (wood supplied), TV and DVD player. The well stocked kitchen includes an Instant Hot Water Dispenser for tea or instant hot chocolate. The dining area opens to the wrap-around deck where you can use the gas grill, dine outside or just relax and take in the views of the river and mountains. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom and bathroom are in the front of the house, just off the entry. This small bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. The second bathroom is located between the 2 larger bedrooms in the back of the house, just off of the living room. Both of these bedrooms feature queen beds. One, the master bedroom, opens to the wrap-around deck and has river views. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.
DOWNSTAIRS (ground level): a short walk outside and downstairs is the game room. This room features a ping pong table, seating area, TV, DVD player and electric fireplace. A pull-out twin bed and/or full size futon bed are available.
Off of the Game Room is a fully fenced yard. Watch the sunset from the Hot Tub, prepare meals on the gas grill or enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.
Take a short walk through the gate and down the boat ramp to the dock (seasonal). You can sit, relax and watch the sites or take the kayaks and explore the river.
PARKING: There is a small (2 car) parking area, street level, across from the house. Additional off street parking and garage are available through the driveway. Three cars maximum, per Sonoma County regulations for vacation homes.
