We purchased in Pelican Marsh because of its lush landscaping, proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants, as well as for the on-site tennis center, golf club, fitness center, and miles of walking. Only a 20 minute drive to Old Naples, Clermont is a beautiful enclave with friendly neighbors and dramatic views of the golf course. My husband and I bought this property just last year intending to use it January -April each year. My husband unexpectedly changed jobs , so we won't be able to enjoy it -for now! I know you will enjoy this beautiful unit in a beautiful area in the meantime!
