Super clean and well taken care of
We wanted privacy and that's what we got! Beautiful little cottage away from the big city. Just wish we could've stayed longer. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything in the cottage is brand new and in great condition. We had a wonderful time! Hoping to go back as soon as possible.
New, clean, comfortably furnished. Quiet natural area.
I cannot think of a more perfect cabin in the woods. Very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortably furnished. Tips about "flat lander, city folk" arriving before dark so they can see the road, are highly recommended.
Feels like home!
We love staying here while at the Folk School! So convenient and comfortable! We love it!
We fell in love with the cottage at first site! The property is absolutely beautiful with wildlife!
Our booking couldn't have been any easier. The home owners were great with communication and have definitely created a very relaxing home away from home. The cottage was private but not too isolated. Craftsmanship and attention to detail very impressing. Everything was clean, up to date and clutter free. The cottage had everything we needed except food and there were also very nice full size washer n dryer. We plan on going back in the near future and will refer others to this location.
The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay! It was absolutely sparkling clean. I walked to my class at the Folk school and my husband mostly just relaxed at the cabin. It is in a very quiet location. (As has been mentioned before, I would try not to arrive in the dark. While we did do our initial arrival in the daylight I did have to drive to the school that first afternoon to drop off supplies and ended up driving back in the dark and the rain. Still made one small wrong turn but caught it immediately and only had to back about 10 feet ((the road is narrow and hilly)). When we return to the area this will be the first place we will check for availability. Definitely want to stay there again.
Beautiful cabin with all the privacy you want.
We loved our stay here in Brasstown. It was enjoyable watching the deer in the front yard and the visit of the woodpecker. Playing checkers with hubby on the back porch was relaxing . I would definitely recommend this cottage. It is so clean and comfortable. Loved the fireplace on those cold evenings.
Walking distance to John C. Campbell School and about 6 miles to Murphy, NC
