For the price of a motel room, you get the whole house: a 1500-sq.-ft. three-bedroom, 1 3/4 bath rambler in Port Angeles, "the center of it all."
This clean and comfortable home was newly-updated with all-new furnishings in 2016, from the furniture and bedding and linens all the way down to the dishes and silverware.
The owners are grateful to the many guests who enjoyed Camden House and gave us a 4.9-star rating during our first year as a VRBO rental in 2016.
Camden House is just minutes away from downtown Port Angeles and its many fine restaurants and shops, the city pier and waterfront promenade, plus the dock for the Coho ferry to Victoria, Canada.
The Olympic National Park headquarters is nearby, by the road to Hurricane Ridge which takes you from "sea level to ski level" in just thirty minutes.
The boat launches at the Port Angeles Boat Haven are just two miles away, and fishermen will appreciate our large driveway and on-street parking for their trailers.
The Olympic Discovery Trail is a half-mile away, perfect for walking, jogging or biking. You can explore it five miles west to the Elwha River or three miles east to downtown Port Angeles...and it keeps going east from there all the way to Sequim.
For those who want to venture further, our home serves as a perfect "base camp" to return to after visits to Forks and the Hoh Rain Forest just 58 miles to the west, or head east to sunny Sequim (half an hour away) and Victorian Port Townsend (only one hour away).
Our home is completely furnished for you, including patio furniture, a BBQ and propane fire pit on the large and private three-tiered back deck. It's the perfect secluded spot for relaxing or entertaining.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath that features a large jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All have brand-new premium bedding and lots of closet space.
The 20-ft.-tall vaulted ceiling over the sunken living room gives the home a warm, roomy feel.
You'll enjoy your stay in Camden House and will want to come again for all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.
