Uniquely accented with personal photographs of the dwellings, kivas and petroglyphs of the Ancestral Puebloans, also known as the Anasazi, garnered from many days and weeks wandering in the canyons of Southeast Utah.

This Condo has been assembled and decorated with the care of one's own home. The cozy living room with two comfortable and pleasing loveseats, a reclining chair and gas fireplace is made for conversing or watching cable TV on the 42" HD TV.

It has three bedrooms, two full baths, a half bath, laundry with washer and dryer and a loft equipped with a very comfortable "Easy Lounger" to accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to eight people.

The kitchen is supplied with plenty of dinnerware, cooking utensils and accessories to allow you the option of eating in after a hard day of exploring and playing. The dining room and table sports seating for six with seating for three more at the bar.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and the bath has a double sink vanity and a full shower with glass door. Second bedroom has queen bed with unique, handmade headboard, nightstands and dresser and cable TV. Bedroom three, once again hosting hand made furniture, has two twin beds, a dresser and cable TV.

The private patio has a gas grill, large picnic table and eight chairs. Wireless Internet access is available. A two car garage is handy for parking your car or unloading and storing toys.

We have an association swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, playground and covered picnic tables. It is all located twenty five yards from our patio where children can be seen playing (children must be accompanied by a parent to swim).

About Mick & Judy Scarpella

Mick and Judy grew up in Colorado where we have lived our entire lives--where the Colorado Rockies became our playground. Camping, fishing, hiking, mountaineering & rock climbing, jeeping--you name it, we have done it in the mountains.

In January 2001 I (Mick) spent five days hiking and exploring in the Moab area. That spring I brought Judy back and we were hooked. We were literally transformed from mountain people to desert people. If you look hard you will find our hearts splayed across Southeast Utah from Island In The Sky to Mexican Hat on the San Juan River.

In the fourteen years since discovering our love for SE Utah we have done many river trips on the San Juan River from Bluff to Clay Hills Crossing and the Colorado River from Ruby/Horsethief Canyons all the way to Lake Mead through the Grand Canyon. We have hiked and explored the national parks around Moab; Camped at Natural Bridges National Monument (our favorite place to camp) and explored White Canyon, including The Black Hole; and walked a hundred miles in the canyons of Cedar Mesa rooting around for ruins and rock art.

Not only us, but our sons, their wives and our grandchildren have the same heart for this area. They have added serious desert bike riding to their itinerary.

Moab has been our base of exploration. We have started here or come back to spend a night on our way home. Judy and I have introduced many a friend to Moab and the National Parks. We have most often camped, with the exception of a cheap hotel for those cold winter nights and occasional friends who would not camp.

In March of 2015 we stayed in a new condo in Rim Village Vista. It took less than a day to come to the conclusion that we wanted to buy the only new unit available at the time. So here we are, the happy owners of unit #7A6. Come stay and see if the desert and canyons will grab your heart.

Our family had an amazing stay here! The condo had almost everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner (only thing missing that would have been convenient was a vegetable peeler). We brought our own coffee grinder but they even had that! Would have to agree with another review that extra toilet paper and garbage bags are needed for longer stays. Also if you are a light sleeper, road noise may be a problem. Thanks for the fabulous memories!

Very new and nice.

Nicely decorated and well supplied with linens dishes etc. wonderful owners. I would have appreciated a good knife. serated knives are a pet peave. Also staying 5 days I would appreciate laundry detergent, fabric softener dryer sheets real body wash and a bit more tp. Great location and Micks suggestion for hikes was perfect!! We did most of them and truly enjoyed this magical area. Thanks for making our stay great.

The condo and property were beautiful!

We loved the condo it was clean and bright! The unit was supplied with all the essentials which was a great help because I forgot to pack soap! The unit was quiet and comfortable. I loved the decorations that reflected the Moab area! It was very convenient to City Market for groceries and also to all the activities we had planned for 4x4, mtn. biking Slick Rock, Raven's Rim zip lining and Moab Adventures!

The pool and hot tub were a treat! The owners were very approachable and answered my questions promptly. I would highly recommend staying here! If we come back we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our Moab vacation so enjoyable Mick and Judy!
