The bedrooms are located away from the main living spaces and at opposite ends of the house for privacy and quiet. The back yard is great for entertaining and for the kids to play safely. Features a large deck and grassy lawn area and is partially fenced in.

Awesome house

House was really really nice. The photos on the website don't do it justice. It looks really small from the outside but the house is very spacious. Awesome location too. We are definitely considering renting again next year for a girls week get away.

Easy and excellent

my six thirtysomething friends and I really enjoyed our weekend here at this comfortable and fairly modern place. Everything was walkable. Grill worked. Good parking. Convenient door code box. Comfy beds. Fairly spacious.

Possible minor improvements - ditch VHS players, furnish linens/towels (it was very easy for me to rent though), furnish soap, update couches eventually.

Great place, false advetising

The location, price, and included amenities (grill, big kitchen, nice deck, lots of space, and use of beach bikes as a bonus!) were totally great, however, the description of the size of the beds was a total lie. The "king" bed listed was actually a queen and my "queen" bed was a full. Since I am over 6 feet tall, I spent the week hanging over a really uncomfortable bed at night. My travel companions and I had the wrong sheets for our beds as well. Additionally, the previous renters did not put the trash out to the curb and we had to lug two spilling over trashcans out to the curb on the first trash day of the week. I think the previous renters should be fined, and we should be given compensation for our trouble. Also the rental agency collecting my final payment tried to force me to use an archaic paper check and send it snail mail, when I already had reserved the place with my credit card (which they had on file). Since I don't own checks and they are an obsolete, and insecure form of payment, I refused, and it took several email and phone calls before they were able to work with me in the 21st century. Tell the truth, let me pay via credit card and make sure the trash is emptied, and I would consider renting again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your reservation and for your feedback. I sincerely hope that you were able to relax and enjoy your vacation. We are in the hospitality business and work with each guest at an individual level to accommodate special requests, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues that may crop up ahead of, during, and after a guest stay. I'm troubled by your strong words claiming false advertising. All beds are sized as stated. We had a review at this property earlier this year that pointed out we had a bed size noted as king when it was in fact a queen and that another bed was stated as a queen was it is a double. We corrected this early on and it has not been an issue since. We keep clean bedding on hand in our offices to help any guest who is in need, occasionally loaning sheet sets to guests who may have forgotten to bring bedding (complementary). We provide a complementary 24x7 on call service to our guests during their stay. If you had called we could have resolved this for you during your stay. Regarding the previous guest not putting the trash out. Guests have access to our complementary 24x7 on call service during your stay and if you'd called I could have sent an Agent to the property to remove the trash. I apologize that you experienced this but given the opportunity we could have quickly resolved this for you at check in. I did find you to experience particular problems with our payment process during your booking. I accommodated your special request not to follow our booking process. I worked with you to offer alternate methods of payment that you were happy with, so I'm confused to see this appear in a review. We require a second payment via check for security reasons that protect our property Owners. We offer an alternative for the small number of guests that this does not work for. While I understand your perspective, I do not consider this a fair review or a fair rating given how we worked with you to resolve issues ahead of time, and given that you did not give us an opportunity to address issues during your stay. I hope that for others reading this review and my reply that this will not deter you from renting this lovely property or working with us as a company. Andy, Rental Manager.

House was super cozy. I think the one bedroom is only a full bed and not a queen bed. Had a beautiful patio area that was enjoyable. Would stay there again. Thought the keyless entry was a nice perk. walk to beach is far but not unreasonable. Close to main drag. Quiet area. Central air is a nice perk and kitchen was well equipped to cook.
