Welcome to the good life. Step into luxury, in Breckenridge’s prestigious Warrior’s Mark West neighborhood. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom beauty boasts breathtaking views of peak 10 and has enough space to accommodate large gatherings, comfortably sleeping as many as 22.

This home was recently remodeled in Fall 2015 with all new kitchen appliances, windows and flooring throughout. You will surely be impressed with the newly remodeled bathrooms, elegantly rustic furniture and unique ‘Rocky Mountain’ decor. An entertainers dream! The main formal dining room seats 12, with an additional, smaller dining area off the kitchen which accommodates 8. The kitchen contains dual ovens, sinks, toasters, coffee makers (including a Keurig for caffeine fanatics on the go!) as well as additional seating at the ‘Breakfast Bar’. Just imagine the grand meals you and your group will share in this place! Do you have a grilling aficionado in your group eager to cook up the perfect steak? TWO gas grills are located just off the air hockey lounge in an outdoor covered back patio.

Speaking of entertainment, this property has recreational options for every taste! The great room has a 55” flat screen television, an exquisite bar with a thermoelectric wine (or beer!) cooler, a pool table and a separate air hockey lounge. A brand new hot tub on the expansive front porch overlooks peak 10, where you can soak away your day and map your turns for an upcoming ski adventure. Retire to one of the fully loaded 6 bedrooms, each containing their own flat screen television and dedicated bathroom.

Easy access to downtown Breckenridge in less than a 5 minute drive, or kick back and enjoy the on-call winter VIP shuttle service to/from the property between November & April, provided by the homeowners. Give the shuttle company a call with two days' notice to schedule a ride and enjoy door to door service between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Not one for pre-planning your outings? Not a problem! There's a local bus that services the area, and the owners of this property even pay for two private, reserved garage spaces in downtown Breckenridge FREE for your unlimited use - unheard of in this town!

During deep, snowy winter months, enjoy the ski-in ski-out access 1 block from the front door via a neighborhood trail system.  Please note: Ski-in and out access is not always guaranteed during early and late winter as trail coverage is dependent on snow condition. To see a video of how to ski in and out of this home to and from the ski resort, do an online search for "Gold King Ski In Access" and "Gold King Ski Out Access".  The trails may be a little tricky for Snowboarders and beginning Skiers.   But don't worry, if you're not up for skiing in and out, the two parking spots in downtown Breckenridge are within walking distance to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9. AND, the town of Breckenridge provides a new Winter seasonal route for residents and guests in Upper Warriors Mark; there's a stop right in front of the house!

Spacious Breckenridge home very well suited for family group.

Well-appointed home with lodge motif. Nicely suited for large group with private bath for each bedroom. Gourmet kitchen. Two large seating areas. New washer/dryer. Pool table, hot tub, air hockey, ping pong, two grills. Two reserved covered parking spaces downtown. Our stay was in the fall, so skiing was not a concern. Good location for access to town but very private. Would recommend any time for multiple couples. No maintenance issues.

Lovely home with lots of room and amenities (and restrictions)

Large home with great decor and amenities. My 18 visitors really enjoyed the facilities. The management company while somewhat inflexible with requests (due to homeowner stipulations we think) was very responsive when we had a question returning our call within 15 minutes of our leaving a message. Our only gripes were one of the grills advertised was not working which made grilling dinner for all these guests a challenge with one working grill; the inability to get the center light & fan working in the great room; difficulty regulating temperature in that part of the house and a stipulation of not using the hot tub past 9 pm. We tried to honor all the rules and regs of the house (including the hot tub one) but just know if you stay here there are lots of rules and regs you are supposed to follow. For our group though, the space worked out well for our reunion.

Owner's Response: Thomas, thanks for staying with us and thanks for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately the spark igniter on one of the grills failed right before your stay. We ordered a new igniter but it didn't arrive until after your stay. That's why we placed a long lighter on the grill for you. If you didn't know how to light the grill using a lighter, please know that you could have given us a call and we would have explained how to do it or we would have lit the grill for you. The ceiling light & fan in the great room works with a remote control. If you couldn't find the remote control on the counter, please know that you could have called us and we would have helped you locate it. I'm not sure what rules & regulations you're referring to, but we do ask people not to make excessive noise in the hot tub past 9pm. This house is in a neighborhood and we don't think that's too much to ask. We also have a note asking people not to feed the wild foxes. That's for their safety; we in Breckenridge love our wild foxes and we want them to stay wild. Again, we don't think that's too much to ask. Regarding the heat, this house has radiant heat, which is the most comfortable heat available, but it doesn't respond well when people change the temperature setting frequently. Your best bet is to set it and forget it. The welcome binder at the house explains this in detail.

Family Reunion!

We got married at Sapphire Point and rented this house for our families to stay with us for a week. It is a beautiful house - better than the pictures! Everyone had their own space and we all very much enjoyed our time there. The deck and hot tub are wonderful. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table, ping pong table, and video games. Many enjoyed the pool table as well. The kitchen and large dining table were great! The location of the house is also beautiful, right in the mountains, next to the ski resort. It is also very close to downtown. This was the perfect choice!

Wonderful home for a large family. Across the street from nice trail. Only downside was the beds. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great stay.

Outstanding Home

Outstanding home with gourmet kitchen, hot-tub facing the mountains, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for girls trip, couples trip or multi family trip. Games galore including air hockey and pool, plus a huge selection of older movies to choose from for your old school movie night! All furniture was in excellent shape, bedding was perfect and towels were higher quality! About a 1.5 mile hike to and from town with lots of woodland creatures to see... don't approach the baby moose!! We plan on making this 'our spot' for upcoming Breckenridge trips.
